I'm sorry I did business with this company. I spent a lot of money only to find out the owner will not make any accomdations to assist a customer when potential changes in a remodeling project happen. Asked for a refund on an item that was never delivered and had to wait 2 weeks to hear back. Then I was told I'd have to pay 35% restocking fees and ultimately hung up on by the owner after he said "I know what kind of person you are..." insinuating I'm the one being unfair for saying I don't think it's fair to charge me those fees since delivery was never made. I still haven't received the item or refund.

I had used Flooring Perfection before.  David is a very nice person to deal with, overall I'm satisfied with the work done. The work was subcontracted out, the guys who put the wood floors down did extra work in preparing the surface for the new floor and were very efficient, the only thing that brought their score down was that they did no clean up, I had to hire someone to come in and clean up the floor and move the unused planks to my garage.  The carpeting guys were efficient, but it was obvious that they had too many jobs they were handling at the same time, they were supposed to pick up a couple of rolls of extra padding they left in my garage, but now several weeks later it is still there.  Overall this is a good company, but I'd recommend holding some money till you make sure everything is done the way you expect it to be done.

Perfect . They were professionals. Removed old floor, installed the new laminate floor, cleaned up and left.  They kept to their schedule. There were no hidden or extra charges. We are very happy with the workmanship and would hire them again.

I highly recommend using Flooring Perfection for your flooring needs. I was researching and comparing different wood flooring products. I was overwhelmed with the different brands, types (engineered vs real), styles, thickness, and installation questions. I visited many showrooms and stores. Flooring Perfection has a large selection of many brands and styles of wood flooring. Upon entering the store I was welcomed by the owner, David. He was very kind, and took time showing me the differences of each product and answering my many questions. Some other stores were high pressure and only recommend only glue down installation . David came to our home to measure and worked up a estimate with the wood choice I finally made. Installation was schedule in less than a week. The installers called prior, arrived on time, and were very professional. They did a fantastic job! We couldn't be happier. We were also impressed that David stopped by to check on the project. There was a minor issue that required follow up and that was completed in a timely manner. My husband and I feel David is a very honest businessman, knowledgable & professional, a gentleman that goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy. It was a pleasure to work with Flooring Perfection, Quality products and workmanship!

It went very well.  They listened and were happy to accommodate anything more we need.  At first I wasn't sure what I wanted and the store owner, David, gave me great direction.  He lead me to the right product and not the price.  The product and workmanship was excellent.  The workman were wonderful.

They were very good about getting the deal closed. They called me to schedule an appointment. That went very quickly. They were easy to communicate with. The owner was very professional and easy to work with.  They were courteous and clean.  When you put floors down and saw. They did their best to clean up and be neat. The price was very fair. You don't really know the quality under later. When you do floors, you are doing another companies product. As of now, the quality appears good. At the corner, in some areas, there is space, but they said this is normal.  The board can expand. Once it is painted, it will look as it is supposed to.

I had many flooring companies come out to give estimates on sheet vinyl for the floor of my grooming shop. As we are limited to the type of flooring that is acceptable, I knew what would work and what would not after 15 years. David from Flooring Perfection is the only one who understood and did not try to sell me a different type of flooring that would not be sanitary. The sheet vinyl is difficult to install correctly, so I assume this is the reason for the other companies trying to convince me to choose something else.
I stopped by the store and explained what I needed. David came the next day with exactly the right samples. I picked out the one I liked and had an estimate shortly thereafter. We decided on a day for installation when I was closing the shop. They were there promptly on the day we agreed on and were finished ahead of schedule.
I can't say enough about the professionalism of the owner and the installers. Thanks for making this a smooth experience.
The floor looks amazing. The customers all think it is real wood.
