"My washing machine was going bad. So I went to Famous Tate because they had a whirlpool washer for a really good price so I purchased it. The salesman told me I can use hot water on all 12 cycles and told me about all the other functions as well. I get it home and a couple weeks go by and I decided to wash a load of laundry using hot water and it didn't work. They came out to try to repair it and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Customer service for Famous Tates told me to call whirlpool. But I got it from Famous Tate not whirlpool. I called Whirlpool,and they sent a tech out and they told me that I can only wash with hot water on 1 cycle instead of the 12 the original salesman told me. I feel the salesman lied to me about the washing machine functions. I feel the customer service on both side was terrible."

Angelic has a friendly, knowledgeable staff who is ready and willing to answer any questions you have about their products and services. Angelic has a reputation for being one of the most honest companies in the business.
"Everything went great until it was time to pay. The line was plugged with mold. This happened a year ago also (unit installed by Angelic Air 2018). Last time they told me to put capful of Vinegar in line once a month. I did that. It was 69$ and change in 2019. This time it was $100! Seemed quite a job in a year. Service was prompt and it worked well after. Actually same guy did it both times. I may call around next time it happens though for pricing."
