Everything went great until it was time to pay. The line was plugged with mold. This happened a year ago also (unit installed by Angelic Air 2018). Last time they told me to put capful of Vinegar in line once a month. I did that. It was 69$ and change in 2019. This time it was $100! Seemed quite a job in a year. Service was prompt and it worked well after. Actually same guy did it both times. I may call around next time it happens though for pricing.

Great! Troy, the AC technician, was so knowledgeable about the system and provided me with the information I needed to help my AC run efficiently. He even marked the measuring cup I need to use when mixing the vinegar and water mixture needed to prevent mold in the system. He was friendly and courteous while remaining a professional. A wonderful addition to the Angelic Air team. Angelic Air installed the system and has been providing routine maintenance and repair for over 9 years. A responsive and reputable company.

Angelic Air came on a Sunday. Very knowledgeable, polite, professional and courteous. Fixed my system and showed me how to maintain it. Will come back to improve some things. Thank you for coming on short notice. I was happy with the pice.

Two weeks ago the AC failed, and we are STILL waiting for it to be fixed. We've been without heat/AC during that time. They have been out several times and are unable to fix the AC that they installed. When we call, the person to whom we speak doesn't seem to know anything about our problem and promises that someone will contact us. We're still waiting, frustrated, and cold (or hot) depending on the time of day.

They are horrible. I’ve been trying to get them to come out for like two months, so I haven’t used them recently. I have one of those contracts where they’re supposed to come a certain number of times to do the maintenance and I can’t get them to come out. They have like all these excuses—they make an appointment, then they cancel it, make an appointment cancel it. So actually, the last time they ever came out was April 20, 2016, and they’re supposed to come out twice a year. It was under contract for the visit, it was $110 for a UV bulb. I didn’t have to pay for the service call, I had to pay for a part. The contract itself, originally when we got the contract, was $265, but they never came out for the final visit.  So they owe me a visit and they won’t come out, basically. It’s because, I think, we’re not on one of their normal routes. Every time I call them and say I live in Clermont, they don’t even know where it is, and it’s a big city.  They always say, “Oh is that by Ocala?”

Frank, the owner, came out right away after calling for a quote, was friendly and professional and got back to be right away with the numbers. They came out to install the next week and it's been all down hill since then. They needed to order a part for the furnace and since it was April, no big deal. A month later and I still hadn't heard anything so I called the office where they had no idea what part I was talking about, no records that a part was needed and no records that the part had been ordered. They said they would need to send technicians again to assess what part was needed and scheduled it for two days later, a Thursday. Thursday afternoon came and went and no technicians. I called the office and was informed that and quot;they had me scheduled for Monday (the next week).and quot; Since I wasn't going to be home on Monday I knew that I hadn't OK'd that appointment and told them so and that it was completely unacceptable. The technicians arrived a few hours later, assessed the needs and said they would put in an order for the parts.
A few weeks later, my a/c started blowing out warm air. I called on Saturday and no one could come until Sunday. When no one showed on Sunday I called again and the technician said he had no idea he was scheduled to work!!! So instead of being there between 0900-1000 he got here at 1130 and big surprise, couldn't find anything wrong and left. When I had called on Saturday I had again talked to the owner Frank, mentioned the missing part, how they'd had to come out again and how it was 2 weeks later and I still hadn't heard anything. Frank, as the owner, said he hadn't heard anything about this and would check on it. Another few days passed with no update so I called the office again. The part had just been ordered and would take 3 weeks to come in!!! A few weeks went by and and quot;it'll be in tomorrow...it'll be in the next day...it'll be in next week.and quot; It's now over 2 months after the initial work and the part is finally in and replaced.
Then a few weeks go by and the a/c starts blowing out warm air again! They sent a technician out that day who discovered that a part was froze up and the brand new a/c was leaking. He thawed the part out, topped up the a/c and said they would have to come back to find the leak and fix it.. It took them another week to call and set up an appointment by which time I was leaving for vacation. Back from vacation, called them last week to set up an appointment, they couldn't come out until this week. Technician apparently showed up WHILE I WAS HOME and when I didn't hear him at the door he left and the office called to say they would have to reschedule. When? You guessed it, next week. Believe me, if this was something I could throw in my car and return I would because this is the WORST service I have ever had in my life!!!
