I have used them since 1980s and the products I get from them are excellent. I will continue to use them.

The young salesman was a big help in assisting us to find the appliances we needed (nothing too complicated) and we were able to arrange the installation of both appliances on the same day. At 9 am the range installers arrived -disconnected our old range and took it away which allowed me time to clean behind the range (I have trouble moving the range out as it is an EXACT fit). They then set up the new range and explained a few of the newer features - made sure it was level and went on their merry way - very nice gentlemen named George and Dan. At 2:30 pm exactly the 2 nice young men arrived with the dishwasher, while one was disconnecting the old one the other was setting up the new one - very efficient. I could tell it was difficult for them to disconnect the old one but they managed and once the new one was nicely placed one loaded the old one on the truck while the other one tested the new one and explained a few things. I have now tried both appliances and I am very pleased - my husband is very happy (he likes to eat but isn't too fond of doing dishes!!). We have been using Sears since our first house in 1972 and we still like their efficiency, pleasant, knowledgeable personnel and the durability of their appliances - when we have saved up a little more we will go there for our refrigerator (I forgot to mention we replaced the washer and dryer last year and love them also).

Our ice making machine is broke and they replaced it for free because we bought the extended warranty. I will use them again. The experience was fine. It was perfect. It is the second one that has been replaced in three years.

The salesman was very good and knowledgeable. They offer good prices and delivery was on time. They are easy to deal with, they have a good stock. I get all of my appliances with them.
