"I recently had the pleasure of working with ASP SuperHome for the installation of new impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. "They came out to give an estimate, and got started with 1/2 paid up front. Did all we agreed to and kept me informed on progress on installing a semi-frameless shower door, drywalling the kitchen, and coming up with electrical solutions. He will do what he says he will, and if he can't, he'll also let you know. It's hard to find trustworthy contractors, but Kevin is a man of all trades that actually can be trusted."

"Superior Doors & More. The outcome of the project came out great! But please read this entire review. There were substantial delays because I had special ordered doors made in Canada which took months. When I first reached out to Lidiel I loved that he immediately showed up with his teenage son to do the estimate at my home. Secondly, he met me at the door show room to guide me on my choice. In between we had some snafus like his phone was down for days and his website disappeared. This made me panic and think this nice contractor has up and disappeared on me. After many days of hating myself because I thought I gave my deposit to a scam artist, Lidiel reappeared and explained he had a fraudulent credit card problem and that was the reasons his phone & website were down. Phew!!! Heâ s back, I wasnâ t scammed. Finally the doors arrived and we could get the ball rolling on a specific day. However that specific day turned out to be his wifeâ s birthday so he postponed a day, then postponed another day. Now when he was REALLY ready to start, things went pretty well. He does have difficulty arriving on time and he did call out one sick day because of â food poisoningâ . All and all I believe the project took 5 days of his work when he showed up for my new pocket doors. They are beautiful and the work was nicely done. I would urge Lidiel to work harder on his organizational skills. Iâ m still giving him a 5 star because I believe he will get better at being more timely and responsible. Thank god the doors look and work great!"
