Superior Doors & More. The outcome of the project came out great! But please read this entire review. There were substantial delays because I had special ordered doors made in Canada which took months. When I first reached out to Lidiel I loved that he immediately showed up with his teenage son to do the estimate at my home. Secondly, he met me at the door show room to guide me on my choice. In between we had some snafus like his phone was down for days and his website disappeared. This made me panic and think this nice contractor has up and disappeared on me. After many days of hating myself because I thought I gave my deposit to a scam artist, Lidiel reappeared and explained he had a fraudulent credit card problem and that was the reasons his phone & website were down. Phew!!! Heâ s back, I wasnâ t scammed. Finally the doors arrived and we could get the ball rolling on a specific day. However that specific day turned out to be his wifeâ s birthday so he postponed a day, then postponed another day. Now when he was REALLY ready to start, things went pretty well. He does have difficulty arriving on time and he did call out one sick day because of â food poisoningâ . All and all I believe the project took 5 days of his work when he showed up for my new pocket doors. They are beautiful and the work was nicely done. I would urge Lidiel to work harder on his organizational skills. Iâ m still giving him a 5 star because I believe he will get better at being more timely and responsible. Thank god the doors look and work great!

Easy to work with, fast, and helped me with a couple of outside the box requests I had without nickeling and diming me (like installing a kitty door within a bifold door). Overall, great experience. Thanks Lidiel!

Great craftsmanship and excellent customer service

I m glad I found this company. They responded really fast and solved my problem in no time. Exactly what I needed for my business!!

They were supposed to be at my house at a time they chose but they were 2 hours late. They could not finish the job that day so the next time they arrived, three days later, it took them all day and they were late again. And where the door should close completely I can see light coming through in the upper corner. I provided the door and everything else and it still cost me close to 1500. They were pleasant otherwise. I want to add that they charged me a little over $800 but the cost of me providing the door and all the other materials, it cost me close to $1500.

Besides being Honest, Fair and delivering ahead of schedule, they were meticulous and respectful. It is also heart warming to see father and son working alongside each other. Very rare to see those values and that type of dedication these days. I wish I had another project for them to do...already recommended them to my family!!

Great experience working with Lidiel from Superior Doors! We negotiated a reasonable quote, then I had to postpone the job and he patiently waited. When the time came to do the job, the quote did not change. They communicate well, and sent me TXT alerts to let me know they were on the way and on time. He came prepared with all materials and extra help. The work was done swiftly and clean. Detail oriented. Pleasurable person, professional. The job was installing brand new sliding glass shower doors with new frame as well. I noticed a minor adjustment was needed after installation and he promptly returned next day to fix it - no questions asked! Overall if you need a professional job at fair price - anything related to doors/glass, you can count on Lidiel - a trustworthy professional and hard working young father very focused on customer satisfaction.

Ludiel was great got back to me quickly and offered to show up the same day. I was on vacation handling an issue for a tenant living at my Condo. He understood I needed this done with the least disruption of my out of the country vacation. He completed the job the next day at a reasonable price. My tenant was satisfied and so was I.
