From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. The quality installers at ASP, Yosyenny and Emilio, demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. They worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that each window and door was perfectly fitted and securely installed. Despite the extensive work, they maintained a neat and organized workspace, leaving no mess behind. Roy is also a capable installer. Thanks also to Michel and Sergio for project management, and to Emily, Luisa and JJ for the coordination. Overall, my experience with ASP was outstanding. "My sliding glass doors are working so smoothly almost like new. The house was built in 1959 so the door are not new but they function like new ones. I also needed to change the 7 pieces of glass in a jalousie window. The Technician knew exactly how to do it and fixed them in a jiffy."
