Furniture was wrapped properly, boxes were handled with care, and nothing arrived broken or scratched, which is the most important thing for me. Also, the disassembly of the bed took a bit longer than I expected, which slowed things down slightly. Nothing major, just small delays. "I hired this company after a great conversation with one of the owners and felt he was honest so I signed up for thier company to move me. We discussed what I had in each room in detail and then moving day arrived and my nightmare began First I get a text that the truck was running late and wouldn't be there at 9am as discussed and now it would be around 1 or 2pm then it went to from 2 to 3pm and they finally showed up and it was just 1 man to move all of my belongings so thank God I had help! We didn't get done loading until 9pm and I had to leave about 1/3 of my stuff behind because the truck wasn't loaded properly... I know cuz I have used a 26ft truck before and did it in 1 load! Then he didn't want to deliver until the next morning when he left out making sure I'd be there so he could unload well I needed my bed so I told him no. They then charged me 3 time's the original quote and threatened to not deliver my thing's if I didn't pay. Nothing was put in place. They are frauds"
