Florida Home 360 did a great job. had impact windows installed throughout the home. They worked with me to get a good price. They were professional throughout the process. They arrived when they said they would arrive, kept me notified of the process throughout the process, and they finished when they said it would be done. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked. Even the building inspector commented on the quality of the work.

We recently contracted FH360 to enclose our patio with cat 5 impact windows. We were fortunate to have André, the project manager and their "2" Carlos' work on our patio. All of these men were reliable and knowledgeable about what was needed to get the job done efficiently. They finished the job in 2 days and they were available to meet the city inspector when it passed inspection. When they left, you'd never know that a major construction job had taken place as they left the work area very clean. We're very happy with the quality of workmanship and materials used. They literally added over 100 square feet of living space to our condo. It makes a huge difference to be able to use this area year round now. Very professional company to deal with. They took care of all city and HOA permits. I solidly recommend using them for your window installation and renovations.

I hired Florida Home 360 to do my windows and doors and they delivered perfectly. My project manager Jaime was great and the installers both named Carlos did a wonderful job and had the job done in 2-3 days. Inspection was done and voila! now i have amazing new storm impact windows that look gorgeous exactly what i wanted. Whenever I had any questions my customer service contact Mirla was also fantastic and answered all my questions and doubts. All I am waiting for now is the design for my front door.

Very happy with my brand new impact hurricane windows and doors installed by Florida Home 360. Project Manager Andres was very meticulous and professional along with his crew. Also the office staff Mirla, Jackie, Jamie, and the rest of the team were very helpful, understanding, honest, and there for us during the whole job from start to finish. They are a very trustworthy company from the sales department to the actual work from start to finish. I could not have ask for a better company. I highly recommend them also for the quality workmanship and peace of mind warranty they give you.

I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end the sale associates administration team, and the installers were very professional. The city inspector came to inspect installation and said he has never seen such a professional insulation work during his time as an inspector. I highly recommend 360.

Florida Home 360 sent a wonderful Frenchman named Antoni to my house...he had a French accent and Treated me with the utmost Kindness. That was part of the charm of my appointment. My salesman got his Manager Terri on the phone to tend to my every need and the Manager treated me like I was her only customer for the day...with complete attention to detail and she went out of her way to satisfy all my needs. The Permitting process was truly effortless...with Florida Home 360 taking care of every detail. And in a few weeks my windows were installed...My installer Gregg was a Sliding Glass Door Artist...NO Chips or cracks in my tile and a little damage to my Door Frame as they do replace the entire frame with NEW Wood. Gregg refinished the area that he damaged LIKE NEW and all I had to do when he was finished was a Quick Touch-up of the Door Frame inside and out. It Looks Absolutely Fabulous and I am really picky. Also, Thanks to Mirla and Andres as well for managing my project so well.

The regular windows were replaced in 2017 by hurricane ones. Excellent job. April 2025: The wintering strip came loose in the bathroom window. I called and within a week the repair was done. Excellent job and customer service.

It has been truly a pleasure working with the team at Florida Home 360. I had my roof completely replaced and solar panels re-installed. The process took less than two weeks which, in my opinion, was record time. Brian, the sales representative, initially visited with us and thoroughly explained the process from beginning to end, demonstrated the different types of roofing materials, showed us videos and presented us with a plethora of customer reviews and accreditations. Appointments promised were always kept. Emails, text messages and phone calls provided every step of the process. Inspections passed with flying colors. I have never experienced such excellent service from any other company, ever. Thank you Florida Home 360!

Florida Home 360 is on another level of knowledgeable, professional and proactive staff members. Vince truly explained and truly knows the industry standards, the only high quality product that used and most importantly the process of what home owners endure in this process. Being diligent homeowners, we did our research prior. In fact, we thought we were experts until we had meet the incredible and knowledgeable Vince at Florida Home 360. We learned more than we imagined. We had a quote from another company and was told to research where the product originated from and this was sealed the deal in moving forward with Florida Home 360. Many local installers are using products from Columbia and China and consumers are not aware that their product is currently going into a lawsuit due to the lack of transparency on the poor Hurricane level of impact protection. In my eyes product quality cant be compromised when protecting a home. They have already taken care of my HOA documents too!

I am very impressed with several things with Florida Home 360. #1 They are open every day. During the week, they are available to talk to 13 hours per day. Not sure about Saturday but Sunday you can call them 8 hours on that day. #2 Jaime is so professional. He is very ethical and takes his Project Manager position seriously. He made sure my Mom was happy with the job. He even fixed some minor things which I believe are outside his responsibility. He is one of the good guys in this industry. #3 The employees are all super punctual. This is the almost unreal part Imagine, a company calls when they say they will and they show up on time. From the sales pitch from Terri to Mirla setting up appointments to Jaime and the installers. Everything was done when promised. They value their customers' time. Now there are a couple minor things that went wrong. In fact, the installers informed Mom before she even knew there was an issue. They took responsibility and replaced what went wrong. The company is also reimbursing her for something else. Anyone can make a mistake but it takes a very ethical company to make things right for the customer. This is without even asking. They just do the right thing. The windows and front door look great. Thank you Jaime and the four installers who worked so hard. You all rock!

He was professional, answered all our questions, and we had many, showed us recommendations and different pricing options. They also offered many ways to pay and made it easy for us to choose our payment method. They took care of all the submitting for permits with the county. Once the windows were ready to be installed, Mirla Fernandez called and gave me several dates to choose from. They explained to me in detail the process. Lazaro, the installer arrived at my house prior to the time scheduled. The team removed the old windows, recycled them, and installed the new windows and doors in two half days. I had a four panel sliding door and three upstairs windows replaced They worked very efficiently. The end product was better than I expected. They left everything clean and the caulking around the windows looks perfect. The Project Manager Andres was on site and took care of the permit inspection, which passed with flying colors! I will recommend FL Solar and Air to anybody.

Very professional, from the moment they offer the service until they finish the service. They attend to the needs of the buyer of the service and are always aware that everything is fine. This is done by the seller, the office, the supervisor, the installers, and even the one who delivers the finished service after the inspection.

Big prestigious company but very cold and pragmatic when it comes to individual needs of their clients. I did roof (Shingle) and contracted with them for a couple of doors that supposedly were not rated impact. The whole project was $40K, brake down price $4,500 each door after what they called a â generous discount â applied. My inspector made a mistake regarding one of the doors and rated it as none impacted. After a second inspection with another company we realized the door indeed is impact and thereâ s no need to change it. I called Solar and Air exited about saving $4,500 and to my surprise they said that it was too late that I should read what I signed and they will not refund my money. The door is not custom made, itâ s a regular 80â X36â . They alleged that they do not have the space where to storage the door until another client needs it. For me that is UNBELIEVABLE! I guess that the owner of the company is not aware of this. The representative gets commission based on the amount of the contracts. I argued that they are powerful and $4,500 doesnâ t mean a lot for them vs to me, a simple citizen trying to make it. The answer was,â you do not know if I need that money to put food on my table for my kidsâ . The representative who said that is Isabel. If they respond to this review they might say that the door in question is not well installed, which IT IS, but that is irrelevant because well installed or not, they are not refunding my money. I will let them proceed with the installation because I already pay and I guess I will give away the door I have. In conclusion, Solar and Air and/or its representatives do not care about their clients problems. I do not recommend this company.

I would like to rate my salesman Jay Cruz wich is the reason why I signed the contract today. A very professional and courteous person, very knowledgeable and inform and always ready to address any question or concern regarding the product and installation issues. I would like to congratulate and thanks Mr Cruz. As well Florida Solar and Air to have a representative like Mr Jay Cruz.

Excellent customer service even after the roof was completed. Nicole Pulido helped us after the fact with paperwork we needed. She returned our call promptly. We appreciated that tremendously.

Daniel the project manger and David are a great team. David found the problem and immediately repaired it. I would give them a five star rating.

After three estimates, i found Florida Solar and Air (FSA) provided for the best value in the installation of premier shingle materials for my roof. I have both a standard and flat roof. Both were installed very quickly after the City approved the permit. The project manager Tony made certain all work was done properly. The installers were professional, PROMPT and cleaned (really cleaned up) after each part of the process. A change order was necessary to allow for the replacement of rotted wood not previously contracted for. FSA explained why it was needed. FSA also properly credited me for materials used. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle free home project. Thanks to Teri P. sales manager who also followed up with me to insure the work was done properly. This company has thus far EXCEEDED my expectations.

I hired FSA to provide a new roof and a few more solar panels. The company via Gabriel and Edman visited my home and agreed to service my existing panels even before I hired them. Upon hire, I found Gabriel to be tech/engineer of excellence. He explained the reason for the panel configuration and ensured that I understood and agreed to the set up before moving forward with the solar project. It was completed almost immediately after the roof project passed final inspection (How often do you get that kind of service?) Small problems were quickly and efficiently resolved by Gabriel and Edman. I am so pleased with their work and professionalism and am glad to see there are still reliable companies out there.

Blessed to have had all windows and doors done by a respectable team obviously led by a responsible leader They were also efficient and driven, no slackers here and Daniel thank you for making sure your team was on time if not early, although your younger than most of your team it's nice to see the family relationship feel you guys have and the diversity among all. We worked with Daniel and his team (of which included David). They had the difficult task of installing LARGE impact windows in our loft in Coconut Groveâ which is easier said than done. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! What I appreciated most about them was they were ALWAYS looking for solutions for any hurdles that came up. They went above and beyond for us. In fact, Daniel turned to me once and said: â Donâ t worry, itâ ll get done. We just want to make sure itâ s done right.â I felt so confident in this team. Everyone arrived on time every morning and were respectful of our space. Truly exceptional work and professionalism.
