"I thought it went great until I realized a month later that they had not installed the strike plate for the deadbolt that came with the lock, and they left all but one screw out of the hardware on the door. I could have done a better job with one hand tied behind my back. Plus the technician took the box with all the parts with him so I can't fix his screw-up without spending more. When I called them to see if they would fix it, the guy who answered was out of town. Evidently this is a one-man shop and there is no one else who works for him. Tried to call them again and they didn't get back to me. I would not recommend this vendor based on this very poor performance."
