When you have water leaking from a corroded faucet and the only way to shut it off is to shut the main water supply, it was very much appreciated! Gary Brown, the plumber that came out this time also installed a new wax ring to stop a toilet leak. Gary went out of his way to explain the issues, was courteous and very professional - that service is hard to come by these days.
