"They came out right away and explained what the issue was so we decided to take the package to have all lines cleaned. They work professionally and everything was working when they finished. "They came to check our blocked drains within 1.5 hours on a Saturday. They found the problem and cleared it. We were given a choice to continue with the cast iron pipes which could easily become clogged again or they could install PVC pipes from the house to the sidewalk today. They were professional, gave us a quote, and finished the job and cleaned up."

"My toilets would not flushed, so I called this provider at night and they came out that same night to fix the plumbing problem. He did a really good job and even got up on the roof and used the snake to fix the problem. He was a very pleasant man to deal with and was very knowledgeable about his craft."

"I cannot recommend MGR Plumbing enough. My experience was amazing!! Professional, amazing customer service, made the changes quickly, good rate. First of all, setting up the appointment was a breeze. Derric helped figure out what the issue was even before the technician came to my house. I sent him videos/pictures of my shower and just by looking at it he knew that we had to change the shower tower for a new one. The supervisor came in and installed it. The glue caused the shower to move a bit, and the owner came back and fixed it himself! I didn't get charged until I was 100% satisfied with my shower tower. They are awesome!!! Will totally call them back if I need them - hopefully I won't need them again hahah :)."
