"It went great! Chris was very prompt at returning my request for more information and even followed back up with me a week later to see if I had any other questions. The technician showed up on time and was very friendly and helpful. They installed the entire system in approx. 2 hours and went over all operation instructions and what to expect with the new softener. "My toilets would not flushed, so I called this provider at night and they came out that same night to fix the plumbing problem. He did a really good job and even got up on the roof and used the snake to fix the problem. He was a very pleasant man to deal with and was very knowledgeable about his craft."
