John was good enough to address this first but quickly determined this was not the issue. He checked the master bath drain and sure enough, my wife's hair had clogged it up. He snaked the drain and all was back to normal. John could have easily charged me for the extra time and effort, but was very gracious to charge only what he quoted - even after I offered to pay him for the additional work. House was kept clean at all times and I was kept informed at every step. Even came back the next day to allow me to patch and paint ready to install smaller sink. Did find that ceiling below is dry and found some potential sources of leak. Advice given as to next steps and what to look for and what possible work would need to be done depending on circumstances if became wet again onve bathroom being used again. "Tom Balsamo showed up on time.  He is a wonderful handyman.  He fixed everything on my list which included installing towel racks (two) moving or installing safety bars to better spots, fixed a wall where it had been torn out.  He changed lights in our 17 foot ceiling. He also repaired a ceiling light that had been taken down to be cleaned and with it's many parts,  he put it all back up.
I highly recommend Tom, (The Master Handyman) and plan to use him in the future as needed.
