"They came out right away and explained what the issue was so we decided to take the package to have all lines cleaned. They work professionally and everything was working when they finished. We ended up buying a water softener on Craig's List and then purchased the whole house filtration. Steve exceeded our expectations on the installation. YES I would use him again. "My toilets would not flushed, so I called this provider at night and they came out that same night to fix the plumbing problem. He did a really good job and even got up on the roof and used the snake to fix the problem. He was a very pleasant man to deal with and was very knowledgeable about his craft."

"Great communication with Y&D. They were punctual and professional. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had them install lighting, patch concrete, caulk our bathrooms and touch up our garage ceiling where the popcorn was peeling. They did a good job. Definitely will call them again."

"The company was very responsive. I put in a request on Saturday and within a day they responded and we set up a date to fix it on Tuesday. Joshua showed up on time and replaced the garbage disposal within 15 minutes. My only complaint is the cost. I researched the cost of the Badger 1/2 HP garbage disposal that was installed. The retail cost is $87.
Milan & Son's cost to me for the garbage disposal and installation was going to be $250 but there was a 10% discount because of Angie's List which brought it down to $225. Thus if they paid full retail price for the garbage disposal, they received $138 for 15 minutes of work. It appears plumbers get paid well.
