ARS/Rescue Rooter of Orlando

Contacted at Lowes to get a 19. Dollar check up. Came out for maintenance thru Lowes . Said it was failing completely but I still have a 2 year warranty. no maintenance writeup received. Would not recommend this company (ARS) to anyone. The tech Was nice and respectful.

Ricky answered all my questions and made the process easy for me to understand. I am a very tough person to sell anything to, but Ricky has to be the best they have. I broke my rule of same day purchase. I was made an offer I could not refuse so to speak lol. ARS sent the absolute best installers to my home. Ask for the father and son team of Nelson and Jacob. Those two guys are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond making my garage look better than it had before. To watch these two men work was jaw dropping. To do what they did requires you to be a carpenter, welder, plumber, painter, weight lifter and electrician. I'm not one to stand over someone while they are working, but Nelson and Jacob were so cool to be around. They are masters of the craft. Both very helpful with explaining all the functions of my new unit. If you have the opportunity to get Nelson and Jacob you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend ARS.

It was a rough start after the air conditioner was installed the first week in August 2024. I am relieved to say all has been promptly taken care of, as of, September 23, 2024. The seniorTechnician's were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and worked very hard. To solve problems I was having with the unit. I was not charged any extra costs for what they had to fix.

I was told it was an ac tune-up but what they really do is an inspection. I was told when making the appointment the tune up would include replacement of filter if needed, coil cleaning, checking ducts etc. When he arrived, he only did an inspection. Whoever makes the appointments over the phone, shouldn't lie to people and tel them the truth! The repair man who was very nice said, "I don't know why they tel people that" once I questioned him about it he's going to tune it up.

The total experience was exceptional from start to finish!

The two technicians Jean.S and Jacob came today and did an amazing job!! They worked effectively , efficiently and took their time to ensure that the job they were called to do! was done with perfectionism. These gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, kind and skillful!! I am confident that any job that they are expected to do will be successful! Absolute Nightmare Service - Avoid ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando!! This review details the horrific experience I had with ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando when my rental property's air conditioning malfunctioned. Unreasonable Refusal and Delays: Despite informing them it was an Airbnb and I resided out of state, the technician refused to enter and fix the AC on the first visit- though the dispatch center didn't notify me that I had to be present. This two-day delay cost me dearly with poor reviews from my Airbnb guest and financial considerations. Financial Loss Due to Incompetence: I had to fly in ($650) to be present for a rescheduled appointment, and additionally, refund a disgruntled guest $250 due to the initial delay (plus a negative review!). Technician Issues and Communication Breakdown: Even after I flew in, the "repair" only lasted a few days. The second technician arrived late, didn't fix the problem, and neither he nor the call center responded to calls or updates. Complete Abandonment: Promised solutions like retrieving a part never materialized. The technician left the property without finishing the job, and I received no further communication. Forced to drive 500 miles myself! Unacceptable Service and Ongoing Issues: As of this writing, the AC remains unrepaired. ARS caused immense inconvenience, financial loss, and guest dissatisfaction. Stay Away! If you value professionalism, communication, and getting the job done right, avoid ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando at all costs!

Omoy and Jeff were very respectful, punctual, and professional in their work. Very cautious and quick. They made sure everything was placed back and clean before leaving. They explained how the new thermostat and the app on the phone works. We are very pleased with their work.

They are over priced! Almost by x3 times of the market price. Stay away unless you want to get robbed

The service they provide & cost of a tune up special is a value. I was surprised that parts were worn on a 2019 purchase. Battery pack & the conductor wires (I think that was correct). I'm talen aback by how frail parts are on such expensive items. Satisfied with company thus far.
