Yes, they got the job done.And that part was a wonderful experience. I bought the air conditioner january twenty twenty five, so it's only nine months old. Maintenance came fixed, it actually patched it because it was leaking. And another malfunction, which he said was due to the manufacturer. I went 3 and a 1/2 days in 90° weather with no air conditioner. I'm a senior citizen with a heart issue and breathing issue. They're customer service is, without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. they gave a time that they would come and fix it. They never came. No one ever called me to let me know they're gonna be late or that they weren't coming at all.. I told them my situation with my health. They didn't care, it took them four days to get here. I called them 10 times in 1 day. Pleading with them to please come and help me. Never got a response until day four. I'm still under warranty, so I guess I wasn't a priority. My advice do not do business with them. My experience was a night

Mr. Jose Rodriguez was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and helpful with answering questions about how to prevent this situation from occurring again! He was very professional and patient. My AC repairman with ARC has been in the business for twelve years. Who did an excellent job and was pleasant to work with. He checked our AC unit on the roof of my multi condo building, got my air conditioner running again and worked out all the fine details of getting it running smoothly. I’m really happy we chose to work with ARC.

Contacted at Lowes to get a 19. Dollar check up. Came out for maintenance thru Lowes . Said it was failing completely but I still have a 2 year warranty. no maintenance writeup received. Would not recommend this company (ARS) to anyone. The tech Was nice and respectful.

Ricky answered all my questions and made the process easy for me to understand. I am a very tough person to sell anything to, but Ricky has to be the best they have. I broke my rule of same day purchase. I was made an offer I could not refuse so to speak lol. ARS sent the absolute best installers to my home. Ask for the father and son team of Nelson and Jacob. Those two guys are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond making my garage look better than it had before. To watch these two men work was jaw dropping. To do what they did requires you to be a carpenter, welder, plumber, painter, weight lifter and electrician. I'm not one to stand over someone while they are working, but Nelson and Jacob were so cool to be around. They are masters of the craft. Both very helpful with explaining all the functions of my new unit. If you have the opportunity to get Nelson and Jacob you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend ARS.

Was referred to ARS by Lowes for a/c checkup. Appointment was to be between 10:00 am and 1:00 p.m. Although technician Kevin MarreroVargas showed up at 5:00 p.m., he was very thorough, knowledgable and professional. I had been having a problem with black dust in my condo and he explained the air purification system to me, which I was happy to purchase and he completely cleaned and installed the system in a very reasonable time period. I had net received any written information about the system which concerns me other than being told it was warranted for 5 years. I hope the system does what he said it would, but this is winter and my air doesn’t run as often so I am really looking forward to being excited to see if it does help with my situation as it warms up. It was a rough start after the air conditioner was installed the first week in August 2024. I am relieved to say all has been promptly taken care of, as of, September 23, 2024. The seniorTechnician's were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and worked very hard. To solve problems I was having with the unit. I was not charged any extra costs for what they had to fix.

I was told it was an ac tune-up but what they really do is an inspection. I was told when making the appointment the tune up would include replacement of filter if needed, coil cleaning, checking ducts etc. When he arrived, he only did an inspection. Whoever makes the appointments over the phone, shouldn't lie to people and tel them the truth! The repair man who was very nice said, "I don't know why they tel people that" once I questioned him about it he's going to tune it up.

The two technicians Jean.S and Jacob came today and did an amazing job!! They worked effectively , efficiently and took their time to ensure that the job they were called to do! was done with perfectionism. These gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable, kind and skillful!!
