""They can do it one day" and it took three. Some minute details were a little sloppy (crooked trim, messy caulking) and I was told they couldn't be fixed. One major problem was fixed - our house leans, which I told the Project Manager, and the workers noticed it, but they used a level to put up the siding, which is correct protocol, but it ended up looking crooked because of the leaning house. After I complained, they did redo it, with some objection, but it ended up looking a whole lot better."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Not only does the roof look gorgeous it's efficient and quiet! It reduced our electric bill along with being cooler, it much quieter. We went with the insulated metal roofing system, which we would recommend, it takes a bit longer and it's more costly but worth the time and money. Frank and his team are friendly, straight forward, and easy to work with. They were efficient and clean, our neighbors even commented how much they appreciated how well they cleaned up each day to keep our road and driveway clear. "Once project and price was agreed upon and papers signed, the project moved very quickly. Roof was shingled, and a few plywood replacements were done in two days. In their haste to remove and re-shingle, black spots were left on the sides of the house, but they cleaned that off once the project had been completed. They also readjusted some work on the porch were some installation caused nails to show throw on the siding. Only real issues we had, is that a better sweep for roofing nails could have been done on the ground. I was able to walk my perimeter and find a handful of the nails by eye site and my wife found one in her shoe. The second issue was that a porch light cover was snapped off, wife and I are certain it was done during installation, but we did not take pictures of exterior before work to show and the individual who we talked with never got back with us, as he had indicated he had taken pictures himself and would check."
