Went very well. It was the first time I used Lukas. They came highly recommended by my old AC guy (no longer working AC).

"Member occupies 5 suites at a Shopping Center with a total of 8 roof top units. Member is responsible for repairs and his leasing company pays for inspections and maintenance. In May 2014 Member called our office and requested records of the age and condition of all the units in his suites. I told Member that was confidential information between Lukas and his leasing company who had authorized and paid for those services and if one of their representatives would give me permission to release those records I would be glad to supply the documents to him. On July 1, 2014 we were called by Member that a unit was not cooling in one of the suites. Our technician found upon his diagnosis that a belt had been broken on a suite. We did not charge 90.00 for the belt. The bill was 90.00 for the diagnostic and an additional 90.00 for the belt and labor to install it. Member asked our tech for the broken belt, the tech told him he threw it in the dumpster when he came off the roof and would he like him to retrieve it. Member did not respond either way. We have never replaced capacitors on this suite, he must have used another air conditioning company for that repair. On July 2, 2014 I received a phone call from Member, he again requested the records from the leasing companies’ maintenance reports. I told him as of yet I had not received permission to turn over any documents to him. He became extremely irate and began to berate me and our company with a tirade of verbal insults. He did not once mention that the unit “ran the same after they replaced it”. I was forced to terminate the phone conversation due to the language that was being used. I feel that the reason Member gave us an F review was in retaliation of not getting the information he requested. Out of professional privacy and courtesy we do not release records to third parties without the original clients’ permission. We provided him with prompt same day service with a fair price. His unit was cooling properly when our tech left, if Member felt the price was unacceptable he could have declined the services."
What did Jeff charge me, considering he made 5 trips to my house, spent hours here and it was NOT his fault?
Not one cent.
Not a penny. He felt sorry for me -- I'm a single mom on a fixed income.
I would never pick another A/C man. Jeff is my hero. Honest, dependable and on top of all that -- has a heart.
