Nobody wants to deal with insurance companies and roof inspectors, and may even miss out on getting a new roof when you are totally (and legally) eligible (you do pay your insurance premiums, for years, and storms have wrecked havoc on our properties all along the east coast) and we usually never get anything for it. Tom is a close friend and he and Elo owners are members of my local church. As the quote from Moonlight was less than half the highest I was a little sceptical, thinking that maybe he wasnâ t an experienced roof cleaner, didnâ t have the correct equipment etc. But, to my surprise, he turned up ten minutes early, had a large trailer with tanks for water and chemicals, pumps, mixing valves etc and thoroughly cleaned the roof in about two hours.
