Robert was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of all of the AC systems currently available, especially relevant with the changing refrigerants and the new high prices. My AC was on and only blowing warm air. Robert showed up and within 5 minutes was able to find the issue, help explain it to me, replaced the part, and took extra time to inspect the rest of the unit. He ensured everything was working properly again and that my AC was back to blowing cool air. He was quick and very friendly. He didn't try to sell anything or tell me I need a bunch of stuff replaced and I 100% will trust him for future work.
