When they left I checked to make sure everything worked okay, the problem was not even fixed. They should have walked through with me to make sure everything was good. They finished and I paid and just left. Also when talking with the office staff (Tim) to let him know the problem, super rude and disrespectful. Seems like everyone in the place has an attitude and needs to check themselves."

"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."
