"December 10, 2020 Renovation of two bathrooms After doing due diligence, including background checks etc. I contacted four contractors requesting estimate to complete two-bathroom renovations. From removing bulk heads, replacing floor and shower tiles, rebuild walk in shower, lighting, toilets, bathtub, vanities, granite tops you get the picture. Four replied, three showed up, only one was on time, Eric, owner operator and Junior, team leader master craftsman of Skyden Contractors. Their walk-through explanation of what would be required was a symphony compared to the other highly qualified contractors. We received the estimates and selected Skyden who provided a detailed, on point, step by step description of what would take place. Bravo, more than we expected but what sold us on Skyden was the personality of two enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional men who valued their reputation and believed they were the best at what they do. I told them of my unhappy past contractor experience and was told “Not All Contractors are The Same”, no truer words were ever spoken. Skyden Contractor professionals know what they’re doing. The team respected my property, were on time or early every day, worked straight through lunch, cleaned up every night, used the latest equipment, and all team members worked together like a well-oiled machine. You would think that would be enough, it wasn’t. What they did above and beyond when they come across unforeseen issues was BRILLANT. Their estimate was exact, even with additional plumbing repairs. "Tan stepped in when another contractor flaked out. Did a beautiful bath remodel with Carrara tile, glass shower and freestanding tub. Came in on budget. His crew was great to work with and respectful of our home. Did a good cleanup. Was nice to have a contractor that pays attention to details, listens, provides good guidance and follows through. A very good experience!"

"If I could give Eddie a 100 star rating I would. Since we live in Michigan taking on a full kitchen and bath remodel on our second home with a contractor we didn’t know was definitely unnerving. I can without hesitation give Eddie of Flip Flop Cabinet and Tile Creations my highest recommendation. Not only did he communicate with me promptly and courteously he also sent photos daily as progress was made on our home. Just to further validate, we have moved 2 times in the past three years (once from Rome Italy to Michigan and now in the process of moving to New Jersey) and have remodeled that home and are currently remodeling our new home... we are continually working with different contractors. We have dealt with the good, the bad, and the down right ugly. Eddie has by far gone above and beyond what we ever expected. His work and crew are incredible. I even asked if he could hang a tv for me and he immediately sent over a member of his crew. I wanted to give him a cash tip for helping me with work outside of the remodel job, he said “no thank you mam, that’s not necessary.” That further impressed me with how polite and kind Eddie’s crew is. Flip Flop is an outstanding company and you will be very pleased you hired them. (Incidently we do not know Eddie outside of our remodel and are not related in anyway. "Tony from Tony Handyman has completed many jobs for me over the last five years. He has always been on time, honest and reasonably priced. Tony has done exterior home painting, dishwasher removal and replacement, removal of old shower silicone and application of new silicone, flange replacements on toilets, leak/water damage repair on ceiling, garage door track repairs, exterior electrical outlet replacements and other small jobs that most contractors wouldn’t want to do and he has completed the work at a fair price. I recommend using Tony Handyman. He is honest, reliable and fair."
