Best contractors near Melbourne Beach, FL

"Tony is top notch , five star all the way. Very professional , on time every day, great communicator, beautiful work. Best contractor I’ve ever had!!! Can’t get any better than that!"

"New to Angie's list so I decided to rate my favorite contractor. I have used JSS Construction several time for condo remodels and a complete home remodel. My most recent remodel was 2 years ago. Jordan and his crew are true craftsmen and customer service professionals. I've never met a company as sincerely concerned with customer satisfaction throughout the process as JSS. I've used other contractors for services not provided by JSS and feel like a babysitter ready to pay them to leave. 2 years later, 2 hurricanes and zero returns needed to address materials or quality. I recommend JSS to all my family and friends and encourage people to see the quality of work by JSS. Very proud of what they have done for me on every job."

"We hired a previous contractor months earlier to replace roofing after hurricane Irma, who took our down payment, then would not do the job or answer the phone x months. So we contacted Brevard Construction, explained what happened. Then Colleen Sandborn and Tony the Foreman from Brevard Construction Co. immediately fit putting on our new roof into their schedule. And due to our past bad experience with another roofer, they did not ask for first payment until they were actually working on the roof!! They did an excellent job in every way! They made sure every small detail was done perfectly. It was like talking and working with old friends throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend them to anyone putting on a new roof in the future..."

"Edward Ryan worked with us every step of the way... he helped us get the designs and permits and did a large amount of the work himself. He has a great work ethic and kept everything moving forward. The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. I fully intend to use him again for home renovations we have planned."

"December 10, 2020 Renovation of two bathrooms After doing due diligence, including background checks etc. I contacted four contractors requesting estimate to complete two-bathroom renovations. From removing bulk heads, replacing floor and shower tiles, rebuild walk in shower, lighting, toilets, bathtub, vanities, granite tops you get the picture. Four replied, three showed up, only one was on time, Eric, owner operator and Junior, team leader master craftsman of Skyden Contractors. Their walk-through explanation of what would be required was a symphony compared to the other highly qualified contractors. We received the estimates and selected Skyden who provided a detailed, on point, step by step description of what would take place. Bravo, more than we expected but what sold us on Skyden was the personality of two enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional men who valued their reputation and believed they were the best at what they do. I told them of my unhappy past contractor experience and was told “Not All Contractors are The Same”, no truer words were ever spoken. Skyden Contractor professionals know what they’re doing. The team respected my property, were on time or early every day, worked straight through lunch, cleaned up every night, used the latest equipment, and all team members worked together like a well-oiled machine. You would think that would be enough, it wasn’t. What they did above and beyond when they come across unforeseen issues was BRILLANT. Their estimate was exact, even with additional plumbing repairs. Who does that! Eric, Junior and their team of Skyden Contractors. They are a company who values their customers, their employees and their reputation. I have done a few reviews, but only when the words EXCEPTIONAL or OUTSTANDING, have true meaning, and with SKYDEN Contractors they do. From extremely satisfied customers, if want value for your money, a quality product call true Renovation Specialist, Skyden Contractors 321 499 4282. ***** Thanks Ed & Victoria"

"I am a 100% satisfied customer. Their representative Isaac is a great guy who really knows his business and foreman Herardo & crew were top notch. Isaac's proposal was reasonable & work was done on time. When we discovered some serious hidden problems during construction the contract adjustments were very fair. I will use Panda again for sure and I recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional contractor."

"Everything was good and everything was beautiful. The workers did their job and everything went smooth."
