HOWEVER, AFTER THE INITIAL INSPECTION, SYDNEY SHOWED ME THE MORE EGREGEOUS ISSUES WITH THE A/C UNIT AND PREVIOUS VENT CLEANING PROCESS. HE TOOK ME THROUGH ALL THE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND HIS APPROACH TO CORRECT THE EXISTING ISSUES. HE PREPARED A DETAIL PROPOSAL WHICH INCLUDED COST PER ITEM, GUARANTEES, LABOR ETC.
