Excellent job, great attention to detail. The exterior of my house looks new not just painted. He also repaired several bad spots as well as fixing the screen doors on my pool patio. One of which I haven't been able to use in years.

Chris, owner of CCR Building Contractors, responded promptly when contacted and always returned calls during the process. He installed beadboard panels and trim at my kitchen breakfast bar and as a feature wall in my Flex Room. It looks GREAT!! Just what I wanted.

My wife and I hired Chris to do restoration work on our baseboards and walls because of severe damage to them due to two floods in our home over successive weeks. When we inquired through Home Advisor for a contractor to complete the work, CCR Building Contractor came up on your list with great reviews. We contacted Chris and he came over promptly and took the required measurements and explained fully what the work entailed. He provided a concise estimate of the cost which exceeded our expectations. He provided a date to do the work and met those dates with his team. He completed the work on time. He and another member of CCR were professional, courteous, and very friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions. The restoration work was beautiful. In fact, his recommendations that we agreed to made all the rooms look so much better than before the floods. Because of his work, we are now planning to use CCR in the future to do a complete restoration of our kitchen. We highly recommend Chris and his team for all types of building and restoration work.

Chris was a wonderful person to work with - very honest, fair, and thorough. I needed to have a very large stained glass window removed and a new, smaller window replaced. Since there was quite a different size discrepancy, the inside wall needed to by drywalled and painted, and the outside wall needed cement and stucco. It was a complicated project and he handled it well with all the approvals and inspections. I was away for the summer when this was done and trusted him and his workers in my home while I was away. When I got back, everything was in perfect condition. Chris was very easy to work with, and I highly recommend him to others. I will certainly reach out to him in the future.

I think Chris was always friendly but also very professional. He takes pride in the work that was done and made sure it was up to par. He took responsibility for anything that was initially missed in error (just small things) and quickly addressed them. The house looks beautiful and I would recommend the firm based on my experience. Special Thanks to Chris and crew!! He even did some additional projects after the initial one was completed and never batted an eye.
