"Perfect. I enjoyed getting to sit in the storm shelters at their showroom to help with size selection. After signing up for the install, they connect you to an online portal to manage the contract and to update building permit number, etc. Installation was prompt and clean."

"Consider using someone else before giving Carries Fence the opportunity to give you false promises. They changed my installation date twice, then installed the wrong fence; side by side and not shadowbox. They initially gave me resistance to correcting their mistake, but after some discussion they agreed to fix the mistake. Clearly a breakdown in communication within the company. After completing the job there were a few issues we requested to be addressed. I spoke with Debby at their office who promised me these would all be corrected immediately. The workers never showed, no calls from Debby or the office to reschedule or communicate their plan. Once they received our check things continued to get worse. Debby and Bob Coleman both retracted their promises and communication became non existent. We continue to have exposed nails which is not only a structural concern, but a safety concern for our small children and dogs. I would strongly consider giving another local company your business before placing your trust in Carries Fence company."

"Mike and his crew (Charles, Justin, and Jesse) just did a fantastic job with my home! They were very professional, courteous, and tidy during the installation and treated us like family. We have a two story 5 bedroom/3100 sq ft home that has a total of 26 windows and 3 doors (one of which is a set of french doors). As anyone who has put up aluminum storm panels can attest, that many windows and doors are a nightmare for panels! Needless to say, hiring a handyman to put up panels for this house became impossible, and it was only through the generosity of neighbors that my panels were in place prior to Hurricanes Matthew and Irma while my husband worked in Iraq. My husband and I decided that rolling shutters would ensure our family's safety in the future. I consulted with Mike to develop my home's shutter protection plan, he devised innovative ways to develop a rolling shutter in a tricky location on my home where other companies said a rolling shutter would not be possible. He outlined pros and cons (as well as cost differentials) of the different types of shutters I was considering for certain areas of my home. Ultimately, we chose to enclose our back patio with two sets of accordions, and shielded our remaining windows with a combination of motorized and non-motorized rolling shutters. If I had only one regret, it would be not saving that little extra to spring for ALL motorized. Since I have both motorized and manual rolling shutters, I know how SUPER nice it is to just push a button. The manual crank shutters are easy enough to do, but the renote-controlled ones are truly a worthwhile indulgence!!! Either way you go, you just can't beat how aesthetically pleasing and convenient the rolling shutters and accordion shutters are over the builder-provided aluminum storm panels. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service and product that they provide!"

"It is done! My rear porch half bathroom. I am very happy with how it turned out. I was told by Dave 6 to 8 weeks and he delivered with Hurricane interruptions and all 29 days of work obviously no weekends and inspections delays but in all 29 days. Very impressed just so you know I have not cleaned the Bathroom or the porch that is how they turned it in. Clean and tidy I actually had my shoes dirty and I scuffed it up you can see the dirt in the bathroom floor. But to the full story Dave showed up when I called and always answered my calls always. I had contractors come in and disappear. This project was held for almost 2 years waiting on a responsible contractor and that is Dave. Other thing he was not the cheapest he was the middle quote, but he answered the phone and always gave me a heads up when he was coming over. Tile work in the bath and the porch ended up great. Again can't be happier to start my outdoor kitchen. Pavers are coming soon for extension of the patio and then the kitchen, meanwhile I'll be using my Smoker and BBQ. Thanks again to all that worked here, but one special shout out to Joe because when you see Joe it means the project is almost done. Looking forward to another project and I know who I'm calling. And I nicknamed Dave (The Best Contractor I know!)"
