I was very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of the entire Panda crew. The roofing crew did a great job and were very focused. They cleaned up my property each day before they left. Stucco had to be cut away from the house to accommodate new flashing. Panda arranged to have the stucco replaced and repainted within the cost of the estimate. There were no hidden costs. The office staff were polite and responsive to my calls. I highly recommend Panda Construction.

Needed roof repair and soffit replacement. Soffit replacement was accomplished finally after 3 or 4 visits for measurements and appointments missed. This part of the job was done well in the end. The roof needed repairs after Hurricane Irma. After a long time waiting and missed appointments and about $2500, the repair was done and the roof still leaked. We were told, after the fact, that the roof "really needed to be replaced". So we asked them for an estimate and asked that in consideration of the repairs that we had already paid for to give us a fair estimate. Their estimate came in $7000 higher than the company we chose. Their motto is "we will put smile on your face"...not here, no smiles just frowns.

"Thanks for the soffit work. We appreciate it. Sorry for the delays in completing that work as we were in transition with some personnel in production. Our mistake was that we did not go into the attic when we priced the original work. We were told by you that you had no leaks so only some missing shingles and damage at soffit. So we priced to put back shingles and repair soffit. We Completed that work. A few weeks later with more rain water started to come into the house and you asked for a re-roof estimate. We do not cut corners when we do our work. I can not say why others are that much less but I can assure you is not the same job. Roofing is not a comodity and is hard to compare apples to apples. Juan Penafiel and co-worker very professional , work was completed in a timely manner He showed me the work he was doing by taking pictures at each step. Cleaned up area when finished . I have used Panda Roof in the past because of Isaac Perez, because of his integrity and professionalism' he discusses the roofing problem by showing you the pictures, so you actually see the problems. His office then sends the estimate along with the pictures for your perusal. I have and will continue to recommend Panda Roof because of Isaac Perez and his employees who I had the pleasure of dealing with like Jill and Loure in the office and his roofing crew.. Again all professional.

Andy came to look at old deck (which was starting to rot). He explained the process to me. As I had already decided to use Trex decking, I was pleased that he brought samples of the different types of decking that Trex offered. Made my decision easier. After a few delays (hurricane, etc.) the old wooden deck was torn out and replaced by a wonderful new Trex Transcend deck in the island mist color. Fermin and Jhon arrived the first day and tore out the deck and supports. They also cleaned out and leveled the area for the new deck. By the next afternoon, I was the proud owner of a beautiful new deck! Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I am very impressed with their work ethics as well as their willingness to keep going even though it was raining. I appreciated that I was ask for input as Fermin was spacing the boards. Thank you all so much for a job well done!

Installed kick plates in kitchen & 2 bathrooms. Nice job! And, matched the cabinets perfectly! Installed a dimmer switch in the hall and a new intake exhaust ceiling fan in the guest bathroom. Replaced parts in 2 toilets that kept running and a wax ring in 1 that was wobbly. Everything got done on the list in an efficient manner... and they even cleaned up after themselves!!! Thank you so much for all you did, Maurice & Andrew. I really appreciate your efforts!

Panda sent a guy to assess the damage and make an estimate of repair. He took pictures, fully explained to me what they would do and assured me that their work would be guaranteed for several years. After I accepted the proposal they sent two young men who clearly were experienced in roof repair. They tore up the old shingles, showed me the rotten subsurface plywood and then removed it. They put in a new 4' by 8' section of plywood and added some extra support rails under the replaced piece just for extra insurance. New vents were installed with flashing and then they put down the water block underlay roofing paper. They had searched for similar shingles to replace as closely with the existing shingles color as possible. Wonderful job. Good people. Would recommend highly.

Prompt, professional, waited at job site for both homeowners to get home to see shingle choices. Went above and beyond and replaced other loose shingles on other parts of the roof and re-caulked plumbing stacks. Can't even tell stone was redone. They took photos as they repaired so we could see what they had done. Not a scrap of debris remained after they left. Very clean, polite, prompt, proficient. I would recommend them to all my friends.

I am a 100% satisfied customer. Their representative Isaac is a great guy who really knows his business and foreman Herardo & crew were top notch. Isaac's proposal was reasonable & work was done on time. When we discovered some serious hidden problems during construction the contract adjustments were very fair. I will use Panda again for sure and I recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional contractor.

Repair was contracted & completed in Nov 2014; however, I wanted to wait to be certain that the leak was fixed before posting review ...and obviously it was fixed, otherwise I wouldn't have forgotten to post!
Every Company should be as easy & pleasant to work with as Panda. They RESPONDED to quote request PROMPTLY; and were just as prompt with the physical evaluation and WRITTEN ESTIMATE (which BTW, was the same as the Final Price)
The work they did was impeccable; they were neat, professional and the job was completed in a timely manner. They followed-up via phone and their office staff was just as professional.
I'm very satisfied with the job they did & would recommend to family & friends.

I was very happy with the work they did. The work was done over an extended period but was all done before the end of the year. They were very professional. They were very good, I would use them again. The price was a little high but they do get work done- their quality was worth what they did. I did have some trouble getting hold of them a couple of times.

These guys were absolutely amazing!!! Not only did they do a fabulous job, I couln't believe how well they cleaned up and how wonderful the ceilings looked afterwards! Hire them! I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job and in such a short amount of time! They removed popcorn ceilings in five rooms and replace with knockdown in 5 hours!!! And our house was so clean you never knew they had been there!

"Dear Sir, I wanted to start by thanking you for using Panda Roof and for mentioning that you would use us again in the future. I am sorry that the time frame we estimated to provide you with a breakdown that you requested did not meet your deadline. I understand that when dealing with house inspections time is of the essence but please understand that we have many clients with various deadlines as well. We do our work in the order it comes in and it would not be fair for another client to be pushed back. I hope you understand this. In the future please let us know from the very beginning any paperwork that you might require from us so that we can make it a point to include everything we can in one proposal. When we met you needed estimate right away, work to be started right away and your job had many unknowns such as materials around chimney, chimney siding and cricket to be build on a second story repair. I saw your work in the afternoon and you asked for estimate right away and I had estimate for you next morning. When the work was completed I had to replace metal and siding materials not contained in original estimate and I did not charge you for any overages on this job. Again, thank you for using Panda Contractors!!!"

I agreed on the price, they arrived two days later, replaced the air vents on the roof, took pictures of the finished product, even took pictures of my neighbors(I live in a fourplex)to show what shape they were in. Never had another problem with rain comming in.
