Jordan and his crew are true craftsmen and customer service professionals. I've never met a company as sincerely concerned with customer satisfaction throughout the process as JSS. I've used other contractors for services not provided by JSS and feel like a babysitter ready to pay them to leave. 2 years later, 2 hurricanes and zero returns needed to address materials or quality. They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project.
