"I did send my helper home early. There was no sense in having him watch me at that stage the job I didn’t need him given the material selected by the owner and the condition of the slab. I had to use twice as much mortar to achieve a flat surface with no lipids. As for taking the two hour lunch break I had to purchase more leveling clips and required me to drive 30 mile trip it was my pleasure working for Mr. [Member Name Removed]"
"It was a pleasure working for [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed]. I am glad they’re pleased with my workmanship and punctuality."
"I would like to revise my first response after reviewing my notes I received a phone call from a Mike Pharrell on November 4 I told Mr. Pharrell to text me his physical address and that I would program it and see if it was in my within my working radius I did that and it was not it was too far for me to travel I did drop the ball and for that I apologize During our three minute phone conversation I told Mr. Pharrell that I was very busy and that I didn’t think that I’d be able to work him in but I never did call him back to let him know that I’ll take blame where blame is due sincerely Victor Demick"
"The customer is correct .I did refuse to return not because I didn't want to but because every time I tried to have A conversation with Mr. O. it would always turn on to A shouting match. I wanted to repair the tile but it had to be on his terms. I was not going to let him manipulate me any longer. He left me hanging for A month and in that time I made the decision to leave the balance of $400. he owed me and part company . As any one can tell from my other A plus reviews and 50 years in the flooring business This customer has Issues and any one who has taken Psychology 101 can determine what the real problem is. There is A lot more to this story I don't feel the need to go in to ant more detail. My employees can verify the customers flippant behavior"
"I met with Mr. [Member Name Removed] and gave him A quote of $500 to install the marble I sent an E-mail and explained that I would have to increase my quot to $700 because of the herring bone pattern they wanted . He responded with A text and said OK . I can verify this with E-mails and text messages"
