I am A 2nd generation tile contractor with 45+ yrs in the tile & marble industry. I take great pride in my work and will do everything I can to make my customers happy with the finished job. There is no fee for estimates. We alway offer our customers A full contractors discount, with free delivery within our work area.I don't have A showroom ,I will refer you to one of my suppliers in the area. By keeping down my overhead I pass on that savings to my customers. .We remove old tile and any demolition that is required to complete the remodel of your home. I look forward to helping you complete your remodeling projects. I am A Honorably Discharged veteran. I served 16 months in Viet Nam as A flight engeneer on A Skycrane helicopter. I take pride in my service to our country. I also give discounts to Seniors, First Responders and Active Military. One of my passions is flying for pleasure. well Pretty well. Did finish on time , but with reservation. First day, sent helper home early. Took a two hour lunch and left early. Second day he did finish as promised but seemed to rush a bit for lost time the day before. Nice guy, would probably hire again.

"I did send my helper home early. There was no sense in having him watch me at that stage the job I didn’t need him given the material selected by the owner and the condition of the slab. I had to use twice as much mortar to achieve a flat surface with no lipids. As for taking the two hour lunch break I had to purchase more leveling clips and required me to drive 30 mile trip it was my pleasure working for Mr. [Member Name Removed]"

Victor came to us on a recommendation from a local real estate agent. We brought him in to handle various maintenance tasks and repairs in our condominium as part of our preparations for renting it out. His professionalism and attention to detail in his work made it seem like he was treating our property as his own. Job went extremely well. Victor carefully removed floor tiles and 1 level of wall tile being extra careful to preserve existing wall tile. He guided us on how much floor and wall tile we had to select & purchase. During this phase, he came to our condo at each request to ensure we bought correct type and amount of tiles. He wonderfully raised the floor of the shower (unexpected) and created the drainage slope. Then expertly installed all the new tiles! Shower floor looks great and the water drains like it's supposed to. If not for raising the floor, entire job would have taken 4 days.

Victor came over the same day we talked to him, on a Sunday, to inspect the tiles. Within a few hours he sent us a quote. The next day or so his daughter came ahead of him to start the work, marking tiles to be replaced and ones that needed to have an adhesive injected into the grout so they would stick to the floor. They were professional and let us know what was going on every step of the way.

Victor came by the next day after we called him. He reviewed our situation, explained how he could re-lay the tiles and apply material to prevent other tiles from lifting up. From start to finish, Vic is a man of high integrity and and a driving desire to please his clients. This was a terrible experience. Approximately 20 tiles have chips and about 10 tiles are uneven, some very badly. Company refuses to return to repair problems. I would avoid this company at all cost.

"The customer is correct .I did refuse to return not because I didn't want to but because every time I tried to have A conversation with Mr. O. it would always turn on to A shouting match. I wanted to repair the tile but it had to be on his terms. I was not going to let him manipulate me any longer. He left me hanging for A month and in that time I made the decision to leave the balance of $400. he owed me and part company . As any one can tell from my other A plus reviews and 50 years in the flooring business This customer has Issues and any one who has taken Psychology 101 can determine what the real problem is. There is A lot more to this story I don't feel the need to go in to ant more detail. My employees can verify the customers flippant behavior"

Victor and his daughter were both as professional and respectful as any consumer could ask for. From initial phone call to completed job was less than 72 hours. Very rare for any home improvement professionals to complete this day and age. There is no doubt the amount of work they both did was more than reasonable any home owner could ask for. Victor did an amazing job with the tile!! The floor turned out better than I had hoped. He had recently lost his apprentice so that may be why he was slow to respond to calls, but he always responded to emails by the end of the day. I will definitely call him when we decided to to some more tile work.
