"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"We bought the tile tune up deal on Angie's list and Eric from Thunder Bay contacted us a couple days later. He came out to see what the issues were and diagnosed it right away. We bought a foreclosure and there were numerous broken tiles. He explained which ones were already fixed and the ones needed to be fixed. He had a roofer out the next week and he fixed the tiles with no issues. We did get a quote to replace the ones broken but Eric was up front and honest that replacing the ones that were cracked and already sealed didst need to be done. I appreciate his honesty and would recommend Thunder Bay Roofing to anyone needing a roofer.

"shingled roof with Owens Corning Weather Lock G Saltwater Home Resources was contracted to replace a tile roof with a Shasta White shingled roof. The salesmen had told me that there would be a crew of 3-4 including a supervisor which would come and tear off the roof and a second crew consisting of 3-4 workers including a supervisor (which would be Owens Corning Certified) would come back the following day and install the new roof. I chose going with the Shasta White because the salesmen informed me there would be a government rebate for that color. On 5/4/2012 three people arrived at approximately 11:30 A.M.. The supervisor promptly left leaving the two workers to tear off the old roof. The two workers did a fantastic job. One of the workers dropped a tile off the roof and it broke a pvc pipe going into my well pump. He was extremely apologetic and i turned off the well pump. The general manager, Brian O'Halloran arrived and I informed him of the damaged pipe. He told me the supervisor Alex would take care of the situation when he returned. At approx. 5:30 Supervisor Alex showed up and I told him of the pipe and he told me he would get to it today because he had a major repair to do Monday, he and the crew completed the tear off of the old roof and replaced the bad wood and laid the SWA Weatherlock G Underlayment. They  were here till approx. 7:30 p.m. The supervisor left with no notice and without the pipe being repaired. There was very to little cleanup. I had broken tile and debris all over my driveway and had to do some clean up of my own. The office was closed and it was not until Monday the 7th of May that I saw the supervisor Alex again. He dropped off three workers and told me he would be back later to fix the pipe as I knew of his previous obligation for some big repair job some other place. He did come back later and attempted a repair but the pipe continued to leak. He told me he would return the next Saturday the 12th to effect repairs. On the 8th I spoke with Brian the general manager in reference to the broken now leaking pipe and he told me that Alex was going to fix the pipe on Saturday. When I suggested that maybe someone else fix the pipe I was told by Brian that Alex took pride in his work and he wanted to be the one to fix the pipe. I also asked about the wind mitigation report and he told me someone from the office would be scheduling that and they would call me. Saturday came and went with me sitting there waiting for Alex to return to fix the pipe. On Monday i called Alex's cell phone and he told me i was to call him on Saturday and make an appointment for him to fix the pipe and that I should call him back the following Saturday the 19th to make my appointment for him to fix the pipe. I then called the office and spoke with a lady and apprised her of the situation and she agreed with me that i shouldn't have to call him to make an appointment and she would discuss the situation with the Owner and she would call me back. I set asked her about my wind mitigation and when I would be receiving my documentation for the Shasta White shingle rebate and she not so nicely informed me that we already had this discussion and that the government may or may not have retracted the rebate for that shingle. I informed her we never had this conversation and I would like to know more about it and she called me a liar without actually calling me a liar insisting we had this conversation before. I assure all who read this we never had that conversation. It does seem odd that a roofing company would be hit unawares by the fact the government would be retracting a rebate. it is not like someone woke up on Tuesday and said that's it no more! Usually they give notice of these things. This is the 23rd of May. I have no idea about a rebate. No one has come by to fix my pipe and I think the leak caused my well pump to turn on and off so much that now it does not work at all. I have to have someone else come out on Friday to fix this mess. My roof does look nice and I believe the workers to have done an outstanding job on replacing the roof. If only their management team and office staff worked as well as the laborers! I did receive my Wind Mitigation report by a super friendly 3rd party company hired by Saltwater Water Resources. Divinity Inspection Services.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         I was contacted by the owner of Saltwater Home Resources Inc. A Mr. Everte Farnall and he was not pleased by the problems and he sent someone out to finish cleaning up the debris, reimbursed me for the cost I paid to have the pipe repaired and threw in a carpet cleaning. He was very upset about the situation and I think that is a great thing! He did all he could do to make things right and that is what you want after all. A company that will stand by their work and willingness to correct mistakes made."
