Very knowledgeable and willing to explain how our existing system works. No presure to buy a new system, just replaced what needed to be replaced. Water smells and tastes great.

Prompt and very courteous service! Miles is extremely knowledgeable.

We're on well water and our well has lots of minerals. Although the system had a water softener installed, we were still experiencing huge issues with mineral deposits in toilets, shower fixtures and glass doors, and on all sinks and fixtures. Also, it had become difficult to remove water spots on kitchen ware, cups and glasses. We even stopped using the dishwasher due to too much hard water residue. Mr. Miles, from Aqua Water Treatment System, tested our well water and recommended a water softener replacement. He personally installed the new system and had it running in no time. The results are like day and night. No more water spots, the water is clear and there's lots more lather from the dishwashing liquid soap. Now, those results along are good reasons for recommending Aqua Water Treatment System, to other people. But also, Mr. Miles is a respectful and honest person . He tells you exactly what the issues are with your water system and provides a solution that work best for the customer. He cares for his customer, which is an attribute missing from many other companies. I highly recommend this company.

Miles sold me my water system and installed the service three years ago. He is always reachable and responds quickly to any issues. The young men who work for Miles are total professionals and a pleasure to have around when they deliver salt and check on your system. Recently, Tyler came to deliver salt and advised that I had no exterior electricity going to the water system. He checked my circuit breaker box in the garage and it was normal. If I had an exterior GFI outlet nearby, he could reset it. But, when Tyler reviewed each exterior outlet around the house, we discovered the outlets didn't have GFI. Tyler really tried to fix my problem. But, I knew I had to hire an electrician to fix my outlets. I wasn't thrilled with the idea of paying an electrician's bill. We parted and Tyler started his truck to leave. Tyler drove away and must have turned around when he had an idea. Because, five minutes later, Tyler knocked on my door with an idea to keep my water system going until an electrician arrived in a few days. We went into the garage to find an extension chord and he saw an electrical outlet with a GFI switch. Tyler reset the GFI switch in the garage and the water system on the side of the house started back up! It's rather odd that my exterior outlets without a GFI switch could be rest with an outlet with a GFI in the garage, but it worked! Tyler saved me hundreds of dollars that an electrician would have charged me. Tyler went way out of his way to be a creative problem solver and I am very thankful he was so determined to fix my electrical issue. Tyler is a clear communicator, sharp thinker and a total professional who is a great fit for MIles' team. I don't like to write reviews, but Tyler's service was exceptional and I had to share the story. I highly recommend the Acquaman products, service and most importantly, the people. I thought the owner of the company was not afraid to get his hands dirty came in and did the job himself. He was a true professional I would recommend him and his company to EVERYONE! What appealed to me was a family owned business, plus his thorough knowledge of water filtration and treatment systems. He did not try to sell me some expensive system, he gave me what I needed at an affordable price.

Punctual, clean, explain what they were doing

We met with three different Water Treatment companies and choose Aquaman because they were offering the best product. The system was installed today and the water has greatly improved. Fabio had a great attitude and we were glad to have him work on our home. We are looking forward to working with Miles and Fabio for years to maintain an excellent Water Treatment system. Very customer centered. Didn't try to replace the whole system. Offered and installed new filters. Technician was polite and explained everything he did. Would definitely recommend.

I recently found out that my hard water may have been contributing to my 8 year old daughters psoriasis issue. Before medication we wanted to try as many other options as possible. Knowing that Hobe Sound does not have the best water, I inquired with Aqua Man and they promptly followed up with me which was a huge breath of fresh air. We discussed the water quality in my area and they helped decide which course of action to take. They were knowledgeable and friendly. To top it off, they had a functioning system installed in my home shortly after my initial inquiry.
