"They're excellent. If you have a problem with the unit, you just call them and they'll charge you for parts. I think there was a vibration or noise on my unit so I called them. I've had them for probably 10 years. I did have all my appliances on them. I keep on using them because I like the peace of mind I get when the repair one of my appliances.
