"I was shopping around for a natural pest control company as I have had some health issues in the past and we have several pets. This company may well be very good at eliminating pests as the other reviewers have said, but I wasn't about the shell out over $400 up front to find out.  I have been a home owner for 20 years now and I have used a couple of different service companies over the years.  ALL of them always have charged one price for the initial visit, usually a higher price because the first visit is more in depth, and then a monthly or quarterly fee.  This company wanted to charge me over $400 at once for the entire year with no option of a smaller monthly or quarterly payment.  I have never heard of a pest control company that charges for the entire year of service up front.  So I just went down the list here and found a different A rated natural pest control company that is charging me for the initial visit as an Angie's List discount and then we pay per visit with no contract or commitment.   Like I already said, they may well be very good at eliminating pests using safer and more natural products, but their pricing is way out of line with everyone else."
