I asked Neli to stop charging me, and nothing happened, I then went to the "live chat" option on their website and asked how to stop getting charged, I Never got an answer and they just kept charging me, Then they requested that I rate the CHAT!!! "it took a week and a half to receive , the unit never worked correctly and 1 year later had to purchase another unit from someone else. The said they had fullfilled there agreement and I never received a dime back for anything. I called them several times ,they talked down to me and acted as if it were me . Last year right after I received it they DID send two new compressors at their cost but it still didnot work so they told me it was my furnace so I had a new furnace put in but by that time it was cool outside and it worked ok. BUT when it got warm this year it conked out completely. They refuse to do anything for me ......"
