+ -1 moreWe were very pleasantly surprised that Mr. Carter was willing to work on a Sunday to help me. Mr. Carter was prompt, courteous, efficient and did not leave a mess. We were very impressed to find out that Mr. Carter was not just a repair person, but was a factory authorized repair person for all the major companies for appliances.
Description of Work: The deep freezer quit working on a Sunday. Mr. Carter, the owner and repair person, came to my home to make the repairs immediately because he did not want me to lose my frozen foods. I was extremely impressed he was willing to do the repairs on a Sunday instead of making me wait until Monday. He was very professional and highly qualified. Nancy Ward, Lake Place FL
