We were very pleasantly surprised that Mr. Carter was willing to work on a Sunday to help me.
Mr. Carter was prompt, courteous, efficient and did not leave a mess.
We were very impressed to find out that Mr. Carter was not just a repair person, but was a factory authorized repair person for all the major companies for appliances.
