When retiling our shower, he found mistakes made by our builder which allowed water to seep into the floor. "Mikhail gutted and remodeled two bathrooms and tiled a lanai for us so it was a five week process. Mike is a very hard worker sometimes working late into the evening in order to stay on his promised schedule and he always met his commitments. The quality of his work is outstanding and meticulous and it seems he can do about anything and do it well. He never said "no" to anything we asked nor any changes we imposed on him and he never compromised on quality. He is very focused but easy going and a pleasure to have around. He came every day until the job was complete. He had the proper heavy equipment to remove old parquet floor that was glued down (a dirty, heavy job) and install ceramic tile in 4 large rooms.
