We got 3 quotes from different A-listed vendors, and I felt the most comfortable with ECW. They were able to speak to the fire codes in my area and what options were allowed. They were also the only vendor that was able to provide me with full glass options for a very large window on the side of the house using an alternative impact brand (SIW) for just these windows, as PGT did not manufacture them that large. As it turned out, they are also platinum distributors for PGT, which gives them deeper discounts with the manufacturer, and they beat the other vendor quotes by a meaningful margin! We visited their showroom where we were able to visually examine and walkthrough options with their knowledgeable team. Prior to ordering, Chris and Ed came out personally to make confirm all measurements and detailed options, giving us valuable feedback in the process.
