MR. GEORGE RIVERA CALLED ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. AFTER LOOKING AT THE DAMAGE IN THE DRYWALL OF MY BATHROOM, HE QUOTED ME A PRICE THAT WAS QUITE REASONABLE. HE DID THE WORK - A NICE JOB - AND LEFT THE BATHROOM AS CLEAN AS HE FOUND IT. THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CONTACT AND WORK PROCESS HE ACTED IN A TRULY PROFESSIONAL AND CUSTOMER-ORIENTED MANNER.
