He cleaned all the dirt. Then he used the rubber spray and covered up the cracks. Then after that was done, he caulked all the spots I thought were still open on the porch. He quoted me $180 so the bill was $200, pretty close. I would hire him again, he is delightful, knowledgable, a great handyman."

He aligned an exterior balcony door that wouldn't close and lock properly. He fixed a closet door that was falling out of the railings. He caulked around the kitchen. He cleaned grout in the shower and cleaned surrounding drywall near shower door. All together he charged $135. I recommend him and will call him again in the future."
