"Initially I asked Angelo to make repairs to a bathroom vanity of one of my tenants. He replied promptly and scheduled the work, and showed up on a timely basis. The vanity was old and was beyond repair, so Angelo accompanied me to a store, picked up the correct size and model vanity and sink and installed the unit. When he needed additional supply, he just asked for additional $25 for his labor. I would have paid him that amount myself without him asking. Corrected the issue with the previous install where the hinges of the ladder were not flush with each other when fully extended that likely lead to the stairs failing/breaking. He even graciously disposed of the broken stairs and frame. Would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him for any projects you may have."
