Unfortunately, we Rack Electric will not be able to proceed with this installation due to the following reasons listed below. I have reached out to my gas manager who is currently reviewing your contact and will follow up with details for a refund. - Tanks on site are single walled and need to be double walled ( Tanks must be pumped out and replaced with double wall tanks) ? The three Diesel tanks are unable to be tied together because they exceed 550G. There is no refund due at this time as the $6808.72 Paid to One Stop Generator on 4/19/2024 covered the tanks that are indeed located on the customers property. Additionally, the deposit is documented as being paid directly to One Stop Generator, Rack Electric has no financial obligation to The [Consumer Name Removed] located at XXXXX Jupiter Florida [Consumer Information Removed]. As no financial transaction took place between The [Consumer Name Removed] residence and Rack Electric. "Reviewing the customer profile and his complaint. There are 3 calls on 10/10/2024 when the office was closed, DAL messages were sent over to Rack . On 10/11/2024 there are 10 inbound calls , 6 calls were hang up calls. 4 Calls rolled to Answering Service A DAL message was sent to Rack on 10/11 for each call Rack Electric returned the calls on 10/11, 10/12 & 10/14 Service call scheduled on 10/11 for 10/12"
