"I chose the Company One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Pompano Beach because of the knowledge and experience that Ariano displayed. He understood my problem and came up with a solution that was affordable and suitable. He was professional in all his proposals and wrote up a contract. The very next day Monday Oct. 1st, his workers were here to remove the old AC and install the new. They did the proper wiring, changed the pipes and attachments in my ceiling. They paid attention to detail and even installed a new thermostat. I now have a cool home with a year of maintenance included in the price. "WORK WAS PERFORMED AS CONTRACTED IN A PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN MANNER. I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED THIS VENDOR TO ONLY CLEAN AIR DUCTS. HOWEVER, AFTER THE INITIAL INSPECTION, SYDNEY SHOWED ME THE MORE EGREGEOUS ISSUES WITH THE A/C UNIT AND PREVIOUS VENT CLEANING PROCESS. HE TOOK ME THROUGH ALL THE EXISTING CONDITIONS AND HIS APPROACH TO CORRECT THE EXISTING ISSUES. HE PREPARED A DETAIL PROPOSAL WHICH INCLUDED COST PER ITEM, GUARANTEES, LABOR ETC. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED WITH THE POST SERVICE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM HE INCLUDED. THE TECH WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. I NOW HAVE 1 COMPANY TO MAINTAIN MY ENTIRE A/C SYSTEM FROM UNIT TO DUCTS, RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY."
