Sanjay is a very nice guy; and a great expert at his work. He diagnosed my problem, first visit he came on his day off, and promptly on time. He came back to finish a few days ago; again promptly on time, and a great attitude while he was on site doing the job. I highly recommend Sanjay and Blue Mountain if you need AC services. I told Sanjay I was happy as I now have a permanent AC guy. I'd definitely call him back.

The whole process was great! Technician was very friendly, he took his time to explain what was wrong with our ac unit. He kept in contact with me till piece arrived and completed repair promptly. Sanjay was the very first caller to my request. Would not use again. AC was worse off after his 3rd visit. Went from $400 to $2,600. Will use a bigger company in the future.

"Hi Edwin, The original price was just to recharge your system with refrigerant has we agreed over the phone before which you were advised that your system had a leak. You chose to charge the system in hopes of passing the AC problem to the buyer of the apartment. Upon realizing that the system leaked out sooner than you had hoped, I came back out and performed the leak check for FREE. It is really unfortunate that we could not come to an agreement and I do hope you will consider us again for your future AC needs. Thanks again for choosing Blue Mountain Air!"

I initially contacted Blue Mountain about a week ago to have some of my a/c ducts looked at for replacement. From the initial phone call to the completion of my a/c ducts replacement, Sanjay displayed a level of professionalism not easily found in South Florida. He arrived on time to discuss the job and within a week the job was completed with a high level of quality. Sanjay knows what he is doing and does the job well without any slackness. I recommend Blue Mountain for any a/c related work activities without any reservations.

They was very professional. Solve my problem very fast. I was on the phone with the vendor all day. Blue AC came and fix the problem in timely manner. The vendors is now sending me a replacement thermostat. Job well done I would recommend them to everybody.
