WE ALSO FELT WE HAD TO PAY FOR TIME THEY SCREWED UP AND HAD TO RE-DO THINGS, LIKE RECONNECTING THE SINK DRAIN THREE TIMES BEFORE IT STOPPED LEAKING AND REGROUTING THE TOILETS BECAUSE OF OBVIOUS GAPS IN THE GROUT. AND, I HAD TO POINT THOSE THINGS OUT TO THEM SO I CONSTANTLY FELT LIKE I NEEDED TO BE CHECKING ON THEIR WORK, WHICH SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED OF A PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN."
