I hired All Round Repair & More LLC after finding them on Angie?s List to address a clogged kitchen drain. Nick, the owner, was polite, and his worker resolved the initial issue. However, I feel that I was charged more than what is typical for this type of service. The first invoice was $2,250 for a whole-home drain cleaning and a P-trap replacement under the kitchen sink, with limited warranty coverage. Only certain clogs (like hair or urine crystalization) were covered?not grease, wipes, or any pipe issues. I later found out that similar multi-drain cleaning jobs in my area usually fall between $200 and $600, which makes the price I paid wildly inflated. After the first visit, water began leaking from the sink. I was told that a new garbage disposal and basket strainer were needed?adding another $800 to the total. In the end, I paid $3,050 for what started as a basic clog. While the technician did fix the problem and was courteous, the pricing was not aligned with standard rates.

The guys came out, they were very polite and they walked us through the entire process. They showed us the camera view of our system and the backup within our entire home. Our entire system was flushed out, but the problem turned out to be a toy stuck in the toilet. Darn kids, but I would definitely use this company again!!

I had a sewer blockage and they came to give me an estimate. They also used some kind of scanning device to find a leak. The tore out a tree and dug a trench where they said the leak was. There was no evidence of any leak. Everything was totally dry. However, in digging the hole they broke the pipe so I had to have them fix that. I am 76 years old and these guys took advantage of me. They had me over a barrel because it was late in the day and unless I let them fix it then I would have been without water or toilet. They pressured me to get the job done. They did not even have the part. This is a fly by night company. They had to go to Home Depot to get a simple connector that any plumber would have had in their truck. And then they stuck me for $2500 which I paid. I didn't want any trouble. But now I've changed my mind. They can't be allowed to prey on Senior Citizens. I've reported them to BBB but that's a waste of time. I think that since they created a problem where there was none, I should get all of my $2500 back.

Had a clogged drain and called for a plumber expecting a $100-$200 snake bill. He informed it was clogged and needed water jetting tried to charge me $3600 for the whole hose but would do the one line for $615. I looked it up and the industry average is $350-$600 a line he charged $615 per line in the house to clear as I had a clog at the time was stuck using the overpriced service after some review found that other companies do lines for as low as $99 using Angi thought I would not be getting the most overpriced option out there but I was wrong

I called on a Friday about a clogged toilet which we have had issues that seemed never ending from one toilet to next in both men and women’s stalls at our bar. Someone was out to us within a few hours and was able to find the issue with not only the one toilet, but what had been causing the ongoing problem for us, within an hour. The guy Nick that came out, explained it to us in a professional but simple way for us to understand and showed up prepared to work on spot!! I would love to say I’ll be calling them again, but the way our toilets are working, I’m not sure I’ll need to be calling again anytime soon😊 unless someone really does a number on one of the toilets! Highly recommended, great communication and the time efficiency blew me away, I have a hard time these days getting people to show up just for estimates on projects within a week let alone showing up day of call ready to work!

Company came out and charged $2000 gave me a guarantee on complete line flushing and cleaning.Company wanted another $5000 for my drain clearing for the sinks in the master bath.I did not pay that so they left it at that.Fast forward 1 1/2 months,shower won?t drain water all over the house.Called another Plumber they came out ran a camera said it didn?t appear that the line had been cleaned,large chunks of grease around kitchen pipes,company fixed all my issues including bathroom sinks which in a few hours and a fraction of the money already wasted on previous company.
