Would not recommend these ripoff artists. They came and said we needed a whole new water heater because water got up in the top electrical. My uncle who is a retired plumber of over 40 years strip the wires and rewired. Working like a charm again. Unless you want to get ripped off, don’t use this company.

Jason was awesome. We first called The Drain Team for a bad backup in our 1961 home. He cleared the blockage and videoed the entire system. He found roots in the sewer line going to the road, clogged vent pipes and what appeared to be a sagging pipe full of water under the bedroom. He cleaned the blocked vents and cabled the lines. He gave us an estimate for repairing the lateral that goes under our paver driveway and to excavate and repair the line under the bedroom. He suggested if we were to repair the lateral, they could hydrojet the rest of the house at that time to get a better view of the suspect bedroom pipe. A week later they were able to repair the lateral without having to take up any pavers. We opted for the hydro jet cleaning and they spent a couple hours cleaning out 60+ years of gunk. In doing so, they determined the bedroom pipe was, in fact, fine, just full of hard scale in a couple areas causing the pipe to hold liquid. By cleaning the pipes first saved me an over $3K repair and having to take up and replace the floor. Jason's integrity is beyond reproach. A lesser company would have jackhammered the floor. I called Jason back for another job to replace the original tub drain that had corroded into the almost closed position. Working in a small opening in a block wall, he was able to remove the drain and utilize the existing cast-iron trap to install a new assembly. Everything works great now. I highly recommend Jason of The Drain Team.

Our tech was Ronnie. He was very professional and friendly. He took time to explain our problem and what it would take to fix it. Some of the work had to be done under the house and he took pictures with his phone in order to show me the problem and how it could be solved. If I ever have any other problems, I hope Ronnie would be the one to answer my call.

Timely service, quality work and personable. Seemed to be a very fair price and the employee was very professional. Also have to compliment John at the office who was very prompt and courteous in communicating availability and forecasted arrival of the Plumber. Friendly and professional!

I called The Drain Team at 1:00PM on a Saturday afternoon and was told that they would try to get someone to me that afternoon. When no technician was available, I received two phone calls from John in the office informing me of the status. At 5:00 PM I was informed that no one was available that day and they would get to me after church on Sunday, I called to let them know that I was now home and within two hours they had a technician at my home. Chris set out replacing the faulty faucet and did a great job cleaning the old sealant from the sink and installing the new fixture. After the installation Chris checked all connections for leaks and cleaned the up the residue from the installation, He finished in about one hour. Very happy with the job done and the professionalism of The Drain Team.

Jobs went well. They do good work but are on the expensive side. Got an ADA low flow toilet that I don't care for.

It was an all day project (roughly nine hours). Bill and his son did a very competent and professional job. They had to go in our attic with temperatures in the mid 90's. Did the diagnostics which took them more time than they anticipated. They had to make holes in three walls to get at plumbing which were done as neatly as possible. At this time everything is working properly. Hopefully, this home will have no further leaks since it was built in 2002 and Bill said it was unusual to have so many leaks in a short span of time. We must have had a bad piece of copper piping.

he Drain Team showed up on time, and first, did a video inspection of the drain line to be sure there was no major damage to the pipes. After that, the tech spent about three hours hydro-jetting the pipes. After that, the video inspection showed the pipes clean, right down to the old cast iron. I'm hoping the problem is now taken care of for a very long time.

A pipe just under the concrete slab of my house sprung a pin-hole leak on 11/30/2015. Contacted The Drain Team the next morning and they sent out a plumber to access the situation- roughly 100 dollars. The leak couldn't be detected then-- it was causing hot water to come up from under my kitchen counter from the floor out. So I had to get a plumber with a sonar detection device to find the leak (another $285). Once the leak was detected, I was advised it was in the concrete slab/just below the surface such that the concrete slab would need to be Jack-hammered to access the pipe. This would then send vibrations throughout the floor that could potentially compromise the integrity of the existing copper pipes in the foundation of the house leading to possible leaks/water damage in the house in the future. They recommended I re-pipe the house to bypass the existing copper pipe system. Made sense to me, so I greenlighted the project, being told it would take 2-3 days to complete. And that's where the fun started.... That was December 1, 2015. It is now February 19, 2016 and the project STILL isn't finished. While the plumber Jon C. has been very nice, professional and has done a good job on what has been done so far, it has been almost 3 months of --we'll be there such and such a day to do such and such work -- the day comes and goes and nobody shows up, or, nobody shows up and excuses are given why nobody showed up. There have been too many days like this, which, obviously, detracts from their professionalism score to say the least. The work done so far on the re-pipe seems to be quality work, but time will tell. They bypassed the copper pipes in the walls and floors with red and blue plastic tubing above through the attic -- so, hopefully, that Florida heat in the summer in the attic won't cause any problems with them in the future. I have been assured they will last 40 to 50 years...but I have been assured a lot of things with this company that still haven't panned out. So, as of Friday, February 19, 2016, I still have a hose bib that needs done, exterior walls still have holes that haven't been patched or touched up, pvc pipes are still exposed on the wall of the Great Room that haven't been covered up by a column as promised/described as part of the work, holes exist in the Sheetrock / walks of my house where the plumbers cut into as access points to pipes and plumbing fixtures such as the sink, garden tub, toilets, etc. and, the refrigerator in my kitchen has been moved aside for 2 months now so the piping under it could get fixed to supply the fridge with a water line. Hire these guys if you want to see a project go for 3 months or longer. I know it's Florida and everybody is busy with other jobs and emergency jobs, but if you can't do a quality job professionally in a set amount of time, don't put a bid on it. Just tell them your specialty in unclogging toilets and sinks.
