"The owner of this franchise for rooterman is extremely rude. The rooterman franchise located Allard, Kaitlyn 12879 66th St Largo, FL 33773 The fact that they feel like as a customer we are nothing and be treated in anyway is absurd. Their owner as she stated we are not worth the hassle since I have to ask questions and I have concerns with them on their times. 2 years ago I had come into this company not knowing who the vendors were when I called them from paperwork I had found in the office, I was yelled at for asking if we had done business with their company and I was chastised and belittled. I stopped using Rooterman for a while and had decided I would give them another try later down the road. This was a mistake,they can never be on time, they think its a problem if you have questions you want answered as if you are the one being inconsiderate to ask them questions about their times of what they mean when they say they will be there between a certain time. When they are not in the right they fight back and state you are the problem not them.Terrible business and would never recommend rooterman to anyone."

"If you want to give away your money, just send it to me! Do not use this company or the brand of AC unit they sell. Run away fast!! I do not like anything about this business's quality, value, professionalism, and repair and maintenance services and the brand of products that they sell and etc... The AC unit they sold us was a lemon, and we had to have numerous repair service calls to have it repaired, and the same parts were replaced several times on this brand of AC unit. It never ends. They are always trying to sell you something even if they have to make up a problem as it seems, even on maintenance service visits. On the last maintenance service visit, the service tech told me that a part was bad and it had caused two other high cost parts to need to be replaced too, because of the first part that was the wrong part, and where/how it had been installed caused it to go bad and thus causing the two other high cost parts to go bad; and he went on to say that they did not install the part in question. I quickly told him that he was wrong, that the said company had serviced our previous unit and then replaced it with the unit he was currently servicing for the past 10 plus years total time and the current unit was only 8 years old. He had the balls to stand there and argue with me about it, and he later changed his entire story about the part and where it was installed. Still he wanted me to pay to have to other two parts replaced. He even called the office and got a quote for the replacement of said parts and told me that I was getting a great deal on the cost. If there was an error in the installation of the first part being wrong and not installed in the correct place to cause it to become bad thus causing the other two high cost parts to go bad, then the said company should be replacing all parts for free along with no labor cost. We have paid for and had scheduled maintenance service visits for the past 10 plus years and on the newer unit not one of the other maintenance service techs said anything about the said part and where it was located, nor have any of the past repair call visits tech ever say anything about the said part and where it was located. It makes me wonder it there was really anything wrong with my previous unit that they replaced. My neighbor had installed a new AC unit about the same time I did, and he never has repair or maintenance service calls. He used a different company and brand AC unit."
