Where the water goes down in your bathroom sink, he didn't seal it correctly when he put the thing in. The water started leaking down below. So I had to have them come back the next day, and do it right. It's a $130 for a plumbing call. It took two trips to get the thing fixed. He is very responsive. He is very punctual. Professionally he was good. He didn't quite get that sink right, so when that thing started leaking and I seen water going down, I couldn't figure what in the world is going down out side the drain.

He did a good job on that.

They charge $130 an hour to come out. They did a great job. He pretty well knew everything he was doing. He did everything, replace everything, and then cleaned up. General overall, got the one out and the new one in and it wasn't long at all. The price is high. He did a good job on the quality.

We purchased two Bryant AC units for over $20,000. We paid in full, but the job was never completed. We called the office many times, and each time we were told the employee that installed the units would call us back to get the job finalized. Every time we called, we were told the same thing. We never heard from the installer. After almost 4 months of trying to get the job completed, we finally gave up and called another company. This is not right and others should be very careful when dealing with Woody Tucker Plumbing. They are not a customer friendly company.

They went out that morning and called with an estimate . 30 gallon electric water heater installed with a County permit $904.

Very good, they are very professional. The gentleman that came out was able to respond and come to my home almost immediately. I have never experienced any problems with the company and would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

It went great. They got over there within the same day as I called. They did the repair, cleaned up after themselves, and did great work. They have excellent service.

They worked well, they showed up when they were supposed to. They got it done. I don't like any hassles. They got it done. They didn't do anything unexpected or wrong or anything. It was good. They showed up, they had nice little uniforms on and the work was good and they were done.

They were really great. The technician that came was friendly, professional, courteous and honest. They were upfront about the cost. I was a little surprised he was unable to locate the main electrical shut-off. He seemed a bit unfamiliar with the some electrical issues as he cut off the electric, yet said that I caused this to happen. He advised I would have to pay if there were any charges from the electrical company as a result.

He provided an excellent service. The service was done on time and they were very professional. We got a superior unit for more than a competitive price.

The job was done within ten minutes. At that time I was told that the prices had gone up. I was to be charged for a one hour call; there were no more half hour service calls. With my discount I paid $85.
I think I should have been told over the telepohone when I made the appointment. This was no emergency. I would have had a neighbor or even a handyman do it for a max of $20. I called and complained but was given no consideration.

Both the plumber (Ebbie) and the heating and air conditioning technician (Roy) were polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using them in the future, and will refer them to my family and friends. The first plumber I called (Bayonet Plumbing) said I should replace my water heater and gave me a verbal estimate of over $600. Ebbie charged me $118, and Roy charged me $558, for a total of $686. I am signed up for their Bi-annual Scheduled Equipment Inspection so I receive a 15% discount on labor and parts if the water heater or a/c units need attention.
