The only reason I give two stars is because they were prompt, initially. I had them come out for an estimate on a hot water heater replacement and some minor repairs. I requested a call prior to responding so I could leave work and meet the tech at my home. That never happened and my wife ended up talking to the tech. She wasn’t able to relay all of the problems and no one ever contacted me despite not only my request but my wife’s request in person to call me. I called in and was told the “Office Manager” would call me and that never happened either. I never received my estimate and never spoke to anyone ! This was just prior to a holiday weekend and now I have been without consistent hot water and had crap water pressure for almost a week as a result. Extremely unhappy with what was supposed to be a five star business recommended by angi’s list. To date not one person has attempted to call and make this situation right.

Did a very fast service from the time I called till arrival less than 2 hours and completed the job efficiently and effectively!

I scheduled an appointment to have leaky kitchen faucet fixed. The plumber did not know how to find cartridge or sensor. He said it did not have one. The faucet is a year old and is a Pfizer. He said I could buy new faucet and they would replace foe $249.00. He was here for 3 minutes and did not check anything.

Do Not Use!!!! This company is not honest. They came out to do an in person estimate for toilet replacement. I explained that our toilet was over 40 years old and had plastic line and valves. We wanted everything replaced and made modern. They sent me an estimate and I scheduled. The plumber who showed up was different person. He finishes the toilet and I notice the old plastic lines and valves are not changed. He says we are not suppose to replace the lines and valves but we can for another $150. I explained that I discussed this with the estimate plumber before I scheduled. He said his boss said no. I called them to discuss the problem. They were very rude and basically said I was stupid to not get it in writing. They will not stand by anything that was said in the estimate appointment. They don’t care if I am not happy. Awful customer service and dishonest estimates. I have asked several times to speak to he owner but nothing. Please save yourself the trouble and find someone else. I gave one star because 0 was not an option.

Cass was referred to us by the COA for a required plumbing inspection. The only issue we knew of one toilet was running, there were no other noticeable issues. Cass sent someone out and they said there were numerous issues at the property and they would fix everything for $3250. I had another plumber go out to quote the same work. That plumber came back and informed us that most of what Cass identified as issues, were in fact not issues. That plumber fixed the three items that were actual issues, one of which Cass did not even identify as an issue. The bill for repairs from the second plumber was $325. Cass charged us $250 to inspect and provide us a bogus quote. I will not use them again. They did not respond when I told them about the

Installation went fine. Richard was great--a pleasure to work with him. Have used this company for all plumbing needs for the last 5 years and will continue to all them when needed.

Great service. Came promptly and fixed problem expeditiously. Reasonable charge too. Service tech was extremely upbeat and friendly.

Richard was excellent to work with. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made you feel at ease right off the start. Repair was finished sooner than I thought. I definitely will call on Richard again.

Outrageously expensive. Over $1000 for less than 2 hours of labor and $100 in parts. NEVER RECOMMEND!!! Other area plumbers charge $120 or less per hour. CASS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!

Installed bathroom faucet, shower head and lavatory. Everything went great- absolutely no complaints. Very, very efficient.

They didn’t show. When I called they had no record of my request. I called Angi and their customer service said Cass accepted the job. The house is my dads 2.5 hours away so I hired a contractor to be at the house for the plumber. Thanks so much. I had to rate price for the review. They were overpriced for me because no work done by them but it cost me $$$$ and time

This is my second shining review for Cass plumbing. The plumber was here for a pipe in my bedroom and while he was here I asked him if he had time to unplug the sink. It was super plugged and he had to go up on the roof and spend a lot of time with it but he never gave up, cleaned the sink when he was done, was polite and it was wonderful. I was very grateful.

Very well. Dave runs a respectable, affordable, quality plumbing business. Gage (the plumber), did a great job.
