Perfect installation. We had used Busto a few years ago and before joining Angie's list for a tank less water heater installation. That went so well we called them to relocate the water softener and were pleased to see them on the list. Julio arrived early and was very nice. The washer and dryer needed to be moved out from the wall to access the drain pipe. When all was done everything was back where it belonged and just as clean as before. Julio is fantastic and when done all was cleaned up liked before he came.

Two hours of labor and a few dollars for materials. I was surprised by how fast the toilet was reset....and the pipe replaced as well. They gave me a half hour arrival window and showed up within that half hour.
I initially had an estimator come out, thinking the job would be much more labor intensive. The estimator was punctual and very friendly. We decided that a service call would be the better way to handle the job.
The plumber definitely knew what he was doing and he didn't waste time. Add a pleasant and jovial personality to that.
I will definitely hire Busto again.

Julio from Busto Plumbing replaced the rusty cold water valve connection to our hot water heater tank. He also added a pvc pipe to the relief valve and then guided it to drain (in an emergency) through the cement floor. I appreciate that Busto had to bring a separate equipment in order to drill through out thick raised concrete floor. From now on, in case of an emergency or a leaking tank, we will not end up with a wet mess inside of our home. Julio cleaned up from the cement drilling, welding and pipe installations afterwards and it all looks and works great!

They did an excellent job. They're prompt and on time.

They were recommended by the gas company. We transferred our hot water heater to a tankless gas heater. We did that because when we got our pool we had to keep two appliances on gas for them to bring it back into our house. It was free to have them come out from the gas company because we had two appliances. They spread the cost for the tankless water heater over five years and it cost $1500. They have always been very responsive. Every time we have called we spoke with Paul, who was one of the most senior people. He was always very responsive and he would call us back quickly. He communicated well. They were very easy to work with. We did have to follow up on a few things but it was not in a way where we felt that they were neglecting us or anything. It was a good company. They also did a leak for us. We also worked with them on the analysis and we did not get a lot of quotes for that. It was extremely good. We would use them again.

Work was professionally done and Tech cleaned up after himself. He spent almost 4 hours finding and repairing the leak that was hard to get to because it was in the wall behind the bathroom cabinet.

They did a great job. I was pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them to others.

The gentleman from Busto showed up exactly when their phone dispatcher said he would. I've had this problem twice before and had called other plumbers, but had only limited success solving it. Dirty, smelly water from the kitchen sink showing up in the tub when I washed dishes and a tub that drained very, very slowly. The gentleman listened, checked out what I had told him and immediately diagnosed it as something the other two plumbers before had not realized. It was the kitchen stack that needed to be cleared, not the drain in my tub which was showing the dirty water. He was up on the roof with the sewer machine in 5 minutes and after another 10 my tub didn't have filthy water collecting in it. The next morning I washed dishes without issues in my tub and (bonus!) I could take a shower without soapy shower water backing up into the tub around my ankles. I was very happy to have someone who knew what he was doing come over to take care of this issue once and for all.

From installation to working out all the kinks they did a great job.

I CALLED THIS COMPANY WHEN I DISCOVERED WATER ON MY BEDROOM CARPET WHICH WAS CAUSED BY A BROKEN PIPE BEHIND MY SINK. I ALSO HAD A TOILET THAT WOULDN'T FLUSH PROPERLY. THEY BROKE A HOLE IN MY EXTERIOR WALL AND REPLACED THE BROKEN PIPE. THEY ALSO CLEANED OUT A ROOF VENT SO MY TOILET WOULD FLUSH NORMALLY AGAIN. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES BEFORE AND WILL CONTINUE TO CALL ON THEM FOR MY PLUMBING CONCERNS.
