Fantastic. He said he cleaned out some jet filters. They were all clogged and that was causing my problems.

I have ongoing issues with Aqua Soft every time they fill up my unit or add salt. The unit will work fine until it is filled up, they never check the unit before they leave. I have called the owners out several times. Last December, they came out to fill the unit and it would not work. They repaired it, but it did not work again. It was covered under a 90 day warranty so they came back and repaired it again. John, the owner, says that they should be checking the unit each time they fill it up. The son, came out today and said he wasn't going to charge me for the service call. He then told me he would only charge $25.00 instead of $42.00. I feel like they are always taking my money, all he did was dump some water in. He also put a bag in, which I don't mind paying for. I don't like that they charged me for the service visit when I have been with them for 12 years. There was no repair performed.

VERY VERY PLEASED WITH JOHN LEVEY. HE DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE INSPECTION ONLY FOR THE SALT NEEDED TO PUT IN THE TANK. YOU CAN TELL THAT HE HAS BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR OVER 20 YEARS. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
